Reviews of Halo Forbidden Bite
DELICIOUS! We had Cauliflower wings, seitan wings, a burger and gnocchi (all vegan). The sauce on the seitan starter was amazing! They should definitely have it as an option on the burger because it is so good. Everything was great and the waitress was lovely.
Nice friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Good food. Slightly over priced as $19 for bacon and eggs but only got shoulder bacon not streaky
Incredible vegan options! The food was amazing and the staff were really awesome. We had a two course meal for $30 which is very reasonable considering the high quality of the food and that it’s vegan. The buffalo cauliflower wings and the chocolate peanut butter mousse were to die for. Definitely check it out if you’re in town and looking for a wide range of vegan choices.
Great breakfast and coffee. Kids really enjoyed kids brekkie muffin 10/10
Yummy Eggs Benedict, tasty Cappuccino and a fresh juice... so good, nice place and dog friendly. My partner and I decided to come back next day for another round of Eggs Benedict for brekfast
This place has a nice vibe. We went there for a weekday breakfast. Food was ok, but quite overpriced for what it was- especially the porridge and muesli. Coffee was ok, milkshakes were good. My child had the breakfast burritto and didn't like the filling so had picked out bits and pieces and left most of it. When clearing the table, the waitress informed that always happens when a child orders the breakfast burrito. Could have advised against it- or at least told us kids usually don't like it! Staff were friendly though.
