S.Pleasantly surprised by the Rebel BK burgers - great that you can switch these with meat patties for free. Drive thru staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent service, nothing outstanding, but probably matches their pay.
Give them a pay rise and maybe some happier customers would follow 🦘🦘🦘🦘🦒 (kangaroo emojis suggesting happy customers come bounding in and out (WITH JOY) of this establishment if you give staff pay rises)

a.I feel the staff were under presser. It took 15-20mins for us to get out meals. It's was delicious when got it.

L.Loved their food, however last couple of times food was not the greatest.
J.I was going to give up on Burger King in Richmond completely. They still owe me BKchicken burger lol I got home and I only had chips..and their frozen drinks orbs taste a bit off sometimes..BUT two weeks ago till today. It was like a "miracle". The food was hot and my frozen drinks taste so much better..now I'm back again. I always go their for my kids meals after school :) keep it up!
