E.Great place for an extended family vacation. We have 4 families all situated in the same block. Great selection of pools, friendly staff and excellent location. Could do with better showers as the pressure is really low in all units.

D.Was a Awesome place to stay friendly staff,and all the amenities spa pool games room and laundry facilities.I like how its a 5min walk to Countdown meat shop etc.. and most of all How it has its Own restaurant and the Owners are wonderful people great service and Awesome food. Highly recommend this Place.Thanks from Diaane all the way from Auckland will be back for a longer stay.

J.Friendly service we were able to go to our unit early was an added bonus comfortable bed. Clean but bathroom very cramped although we had the front unit was very quiet at night. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent 😊
R.Hired the 1 bedroom room which was clean but the interior needs some TLC and maintenance, curtains were old and some ripped, one of the kitchen powerpoints needed replacing as the switch was buggered, one downlight in the kitchen wasn't working, extractor fan in kitchen not working but other than that the stay was good. Everything is close by and location is handy.
S.The restaurant is fantastic. The dishes were absolutely superb. 10 out of 10. Try the fish dish. I have never tasted better anywhere! Just delicious.
W.Great location just blocks from the CBD and right near a few supermarkets and a great takeaway shop. The rooms are pretty decent, always warm, and cleaned well every day. It's the facilities that really make this place especially if you're traveling with family; geothermally heated swimming pool, a games room, putting green, laundry, and best of all 4 private clean mineral pools. Great place to unwind.
K.Was good /EXCELLENT helpful service, considering it was a really busy period, they still managed to hold a room for us till we decided on which day we wanted ! Dont know about all the rooms but ours was a family 2x bedroom's ,( dated ) but very tidy an well set out with plenty of family space ,good size comfortable beds an well heated rooms ,has a fantastic games room for the whole family, good swimming pool and thermal minerals pools an out side spa . Close to main city an eaterys , small distance from lake and all activities ,supermarket just down the Road ,they have a breakfast menu for your rooms plus a Restaurant for dinner meals, that can be used for breakfast as well as. Didn't eat at restaurant ,so cant comment on meals,but looked very upmarket setting. And yes I would stay here again ! Thanks Boulevard motel for a stress free stay .

R.We were staying in Rotorua for the night, and stopped into the Boulevard Cafe for breakfast. We had the pancakes, the croissant with salmon and scrambled eggs, and the sausages and eggs. All the food was very good. The best part was the bottomless cup of filter coffee for $4. Would definitely eat there again.
A.Our room was clean and comfortable room 21...our meals from the restaurant we’re delicious, steaks cooked perfectly...chips were yummy...our two year old boy loved his food. Thank you.
A.You get what you pay for. Very reasonable prices but no frills! Expecting air con at this price would probably be too much to ask - but having a fan or two in the unit would have taken the edge of! Also a remote control for the TV in the bedroom would have been nice.
A.Stayed here for the weekend. Nice clean spacious rooms. Friendly service. Awesome spa room. Lovely and clean heated pool. Thermal spas and games room for kids. Rooms quiet and centrally located. Will definitely stay again :) Worth the $.
J.Had breakfast here, didn't look like much from the outside but we decided to give it a go. The gentleman that served us was incredibly pleasant and the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend.
T.Restaurant: Didn't quite make it to a previous experiance. My memory of the mushrooms and blue cheese still remains a pleasant memory from the past.
Still it has nice and comfortable surrounds.
R.True famliy owners, good with sorting out where is good to go in rotorua also we had a spa in our unit , pluse they had natural hot hotpools outside as well as a big pool and a spa pool , also had a games room with arcade games and pool tables !

Restaurant is separately owned but serves very good food.
