Was stopping in my way thru and the drive through did not do ice creams but they were still advertising it, but they did do sundaes and that was still good, ice cream tasted watered down, better than the one in town though on Fenton st,they had nothing,no ice cream or sundaes.

Great service. Had it advertised that new staff were being trained so can be excused for taking so long. We were the only customers when we arrived, but we did notice quite a few cars going through the drive thru and a team member was noticed delivering a few orders. This could also explain lateness of our order. Clean, airy and well advertised places to stand and wait and what tables were/not in use.

We don't have a BK in my little town!!! I travelled down here from the far north of Auckland yesterday for a birthday celebration this weekend, thought I'd grab me a bite to eat as I never stopped on my travels til I got here. I ordered the double whooper with cheese in a large meal with creamy mayo burger on the side. I ended up with cold fries. I went back to the counter and asked to have my fries replaced. My replacement was hot yes but they were sloppy also. I work in the fast food chain myself so I know what its like working under pressure, its just ashamed I had to experience that after like 7-8 years since I last went to a BK.

Pleasant staff, not brilliantly clean (crumbs and debris from other customers on most of the tables) with sounds from game machines fighting with the streamed music. Good if you want a Burger King meal, but probably best to do a drive through and eat your meal somewhere more pleasant.
