D.Celebrated my partners birthday. The staff were highly welcoming. The food was excellent and the cocktails delicious. They had a little serving bot rolling around it was entertaining. The staff brought out my fiances dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday. It was awesome!
M.The staff were great, very accomodating and constantly alert to our needs. The food is delicious and a great value for money. We had the shrimp cocktail, which was very fresh and made the old school way, the crunchies, which are great to go with drinks before entrees, and the carnivore plate. Meat cooked perfectly and the mushroom sauce... I was just about to lick the plate. Drinks are a lot of fun. Had the traffic jam with vodka. Three colour slushie and a bottle of flavour vodka. Again, awesome and great value for money. They also have set menues available for gold card holders and for children at very low prices. They have a family section which creates a good atmosphere for any occasion. You just tell the staff what you're looking for and they find the right place for you.
Little extra thing, they have a robot waiter that catches everyone's attention. Fun addition.
P.Had the yummiest Prawn and Parmesan cheese sauce sirloin steak meal with salad and chips. Just the tight size for me 😊 my son had the mega steak meal that included 1/2kg of pork ribs, salad and chips which was more than expected and very tasty and filling to the last bite👍🏻my daughter had a stuffed chicken with mozzarella cheese sauce which she enjoyed very much and wanted again the next day lol. The front of house staff were wonderful but there was a very stand out staff member who was truly pleasant and friendly and checked on us to make sure all was cooked well. Thank you, im just sorry i couldnt remember her name. A wonderful end to our visit to Rotorua ❤😊
A.As kids we use to go here for dinner. Now we have a wee one of our own and we had the best time. Could not fault it. Food was phenomenal especially the sticky date pudding. Our server was excellent too plus the robot was cool. We will be back !

The efficiency of assistance was precise.
On the night of my family attending their dinner - everyone celebrated a beautiful family birthday. The kids were happy, the parents and grandparents were too.
The food was A M A Z I N G and my family couldn't speak highly enough of the outstanding customer service they received from Rohan.
Needless to say, dinner here was magical and my family left happy, full and content.
Massive thanks to Rohan for making this all possible.

C.We had a stake for a dinner. Stake was a big volume. However I did not feel it a good taste regrettably. If they had a variety stake source, it would be nice. The interior of the restaurant was very nice.

My family & I used to go to cobb & co when we were children & it's fantastic to know the restaurant is still a childhood classic after all these years.

J.I didnt get the name of our server but we came in table of 4 on sunday 5.30pm as a work dinner and she was amazing.. super efficient, let us know what she was doing the whole way so we weren't ever left wondering, cleaned up tables in record time, awesome server I was super impressed! The food was good too and our affogato was the perfect way to finish both a steak meal and a fish pie 👍

R.Group of 4 lady's we had cheesy bacon garlic bread weak wings loaded fries pasta and ribs the food was great! Very filling. Very affordable. Well presented. And the drinks we had were amazing I forget the name but very eye catching and super yummy and absolutely huge! Our server was very helpful and polite. The restraunt was lovely and clean. Very enjoyable and will definitely be back 😊

Z.Food was delicious and the drinks were a blast from the past. Decent seating options, well lit and clean. Food came out hot and fast, however our sever completely forgot about us when we asked to order dessert. He left to get the menus and then proceeded to serve other tables and never returned, even when we tried to flag him down. Apart from that though, we had a delicious meal and a lovely time.
P.This is a perfect place for dinner in Rotorua. Everything is so yummy. Don't miss the Buffalo Wings as the sauce is very special and unique here.

H.Awesome kai and service. Booked in for 5.30pm and it was super busy but our waitress was very tentative and made sure everything flowed as quickly as possible. Rump lamb was cooked to perfection and ribs were also well cooked. Sirloin ordered was medium but it was just over. Other than that choice restaurant..no wonder it's always busy :)
D.Awesome experience! We had accidentally booked for the wrong night but they still accomodated us, x2 adults and x2 kids. It was our son's 6th birthday and they got the staff to come out and sing Happy birthday to our son who absolutely loved it! They even had a kids corner. Food was yummy! Great service by our waitress Wai and the manager Dillian was very accommodating too! All the staff were friendly. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back there.

M.We thought we were being on to it and booked online for a table because it was the school holidays. When we arrived we found we had accidentally booked for the wrong day lol. The staff was fantastic and even though very busy made sure we got a table straight away. The great service didnt end there. The food was great( highly recommend the scotch fillet) and we got asked if we needed anything many times. It was my little boys bday and loads of the staff came out to sing happy bday to him which he absolutely loved. Honestly can't recommend this place enough. 10 out of 10 from the moment we entered till we unfortunately had to leave. We'll done crew especially to Wai and Dylan who were just exceptional.
T.Service was great, meals were great, kids were entertained the entire time which allowed for some peaceful adult conversation. Our server was fantastic and full of energy, a really pleasant experience overall. Totally recommend the adult traffic light very delicious and nostalgic with an alcoholic twist. A must do when in rotorua with the family there will be no regrets.

We dont often get to go out for dinner as we have a large family, so our experience at Cobb & Co Rotorua actually exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny. The service was amazing. The food was great. The atmosphere was relaxing. They have a kids corner where the kids can play with the toys and the kids who are that bit older can play on the computer games while we waited for our food. Best Cobb & Co we have been to. Highly recommend this place for families!

B.We had a reservation for Saturday, 13 March 2021 and I can honestly say that this was the best restaurant experience that we have had since arriving in NZ. Our waitress was excellent and so accommodating with our two young kids. The food was excellent, the facilities were clean and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful .Will definitely go back when we go to Rotorua again!

M.I love Cobb & Co in Rotorua. We had a delicious lunch today, mine was the roast of the day. Pork with crispy crackling, roast & steamed vegetables, potatoes and gluten free gravy. Hubby had the Lambs fry & bacon. The service was marvelous, such friendly lovely people. Highly recommended

R.Me and my partner were both very impressed with our meals he had the lunch special fish and chips and i had the coach burger 'delicious' is all i can say! I was also impressed in the perfect size kids meal for my 3yr old. They staff member who served us was very friendly and the service was very quick. Our food was out within 10-15mins of ordering, keeping in kind we were there at a quiet time for them, though we have waited at other restaurants longer when it has just been us there.

B.Waitress was lovely, however our 2 steaks were both supposed to be medium and 1 with peppercorn sauce BUT bith came out very well done and 1 with mushroom sauce. We did let the waitress know who did offer to get them redone but by this stage we had waited long enough and kids were nearly finished their dinners so we said not to bother. We would have expected a free drink or a discount as a chef should know how to cook a steak but the manager didn't seem to care really. Rest of meal was good

Tonight we were served by a young guy who delivered probably the best customer service I have received from a restaurant. Extremely welcoming, cheerful and clearly loved what he does. Food was delicious as always. To the guy that served us, you are the man. Cobb and Co are lucky to have someone like you. Would recommend to anyone visiting or living in Rotorua

J.Cobb and Co exceeded my expectations! The food was delicious- the ribs were quite possibly the best I've ever eaten 👌👌. Catered well to my gluten free/coeliac dietary requirements. Even had a separate fryer for gluten free fries. Great kids menu; my daughter had the fish and chips which was served with some carrot sticks alongside - nice to see some veges on the plate. Definitely recommend.

M.Cobb & Co is classic, traditional Kiwi restaurant chain. Rotorua Cobb & Co has enthusiastic staff with quick and attentive service. Good quality food cooked well and how we like it. Everyone in my extended family were very satisfied and will be back again.

D.We rang to see if we could get a table without a booking. And allowed us to dine in with 30 seconds notice. We had 3 kids and 3 adults. We ordered our food, starters and mains. It was served quickly and hot. We had the mussels and spicy squid. Big thumbs up to the chefs. Then our mains were delivered and even though I requested a medium rare steak it came out as rare. They were quick to fix this issue and were very apologetic to us and offered us two complimentary beverages. The wait staff even came back to check that we were happy with their service and that we were enjoying our meals. Big thumbs up to the wait staff, kitchen staff and the duty manager. Will definitely be back.

G.Cob & Co Rotorua is a great family restaurant. It has great food, simple but homely. I had the coconut chicken which is a funny choice for me but it was delicious. It had the perfect amount of chilli and the chicken was cooked to perfection.👌 for my dessert I had a sundae which was a nice treat at the end of a great experience at a great family restaurant . And for my drink I had the classic Cob & Co traffic light which had a modern twist as it was a slushy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If I could make one change, I would rather have had sauce in a little cup rather than a small plastic thing, I think that this seems a bit lazy and at this day and age we should be careful about the amount of plastic we use. But overall I had an awesome time and was very full when I left. (: ♡

S.We had gold card special. Roast pork with delicious roast vegetables and cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Absolutely delicious. And apple strudel with cream and ice cream. The pastry was really light, the apple beautifully cooked. Both dishes for 25.90.really good value. We will be back.

c.Our family of four came for dinner, it was busy but we didn’t have to wait to long to get a table as walk in’s. Was really impressed with the staff super friendly and helpful, wouldn’t come again at peak time tho, it was just really loud at our table many kids and playing between the tables in walkways so it was hard to enjoy.

Kids were all happy with their dinner, dessert and the classic Traffic Light and Pink Panther drinks.
Customer service was great especially the young man with the booming voice who sounded like a radio DJ.
Even the guy when we paid was a crack up pulling out dad jokes about the free Mints the kids were hoovering.
There were iPads with roblox to keep the kids happy, puzzles and colouring in pages on the menu.
Toilets were clean.

T.Very friendly helpful staff & clean restaurant. My only issue was the food. I ordered the Cobb Schnitzel and was incredibly disappointed. The schnitzel tasted highly processed & ressembled something you would buy from the freezer section at the supermarket to cook in the microwave or deep fryer. Very over priced for $28.50. They did ask how they could fix it which was great & I suggested that they explained on the menu more what you were getting.
B.For the most part the quality of the food was really good but the service and communication was very average. We asked about portion sizes, but they were much smaller than we were told by our wait person. So not very good value for the money

S.Visited as a guest in the Cobb & co restaurant for lunch just two days ago. We were entertaining friends from Australia, and enjoyed our booth table 😊. I just want to say that, in addition to a awesome meal, we had a delightful waitresses, Chelsey and Darsey. They both had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. They recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. They and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Yes for sure it's an awesome place to dine in. 😊😊😊
