Ordered 2 piece pack with boneless fillets. Got normal chicken. Happens most times when I ask for boneless fillets. Not just at this KFC. They replaced and got an extra fries so that was great

Amazing...considering tonight they were so busy...great attitude from everyone food was hot and perfectly cooked coke was fizzy and cold chicken perfect man this place has much better staff now than before and the chips finally had plenty of seasoning great job best KFC I've had in at least 10years

Love the chicken and staff very friendly. But 5 minutes turn around per car in the drive through resulted in being trapped in the que for over an hour. Not sure if thats normal or just a one off??

The day I visited the drive through didn't seem to have a long que but waited a long time for turn to order. The staff were helpful when I asked for a change to my burger.

The busiest KFC in NZ, hence wait times are terrible but chicken is always fresh, warning the inside restaurant always closes early because the drive through is nearly always out to the road......

Been hanging out for KFC, since b4 lockdown. The drive through were very very serious about covid protocol, which is awesome. The food was fresh, which I have found in the past to be the case, out of all the kfcs I've visited over the years, I've never had a dry, stale, over cooked piece of chook yet. Well done fairysprings KFC

Great service, real quick, chicken well cooked and seasoned, the chips was really nice, chicken and chicken taste really fresh. Its not the biggest KFC, but nice area outside for eating if inside feels like its lacking space.

I was served sometime between 10am - 11am from a young lad on 30/11/20. What fantastic customer service he had and the whole dynamic of the team of 3 I had seen that morning. Have had bad experiences a few times at the Te Awamutu KFC who I believe some of them look like they hate their jobs with a depressing ora gosh. The young lad at fairy springs KFC made my day anyway with his positive attitude and happy personality who could teach Te Awamutu KFC all about customer service.

Had a great experience there today all thanks to a young gurl called Lee. She was so friendly while serving and even cleaned the dining area, which was great because diners like to see clean areas when they dine in. Good work Lee its lovely to see great customer service..

.You've got to try the wicked wings. To de-bone the chicken Bite both ends off the wing and pull out the bones, then dip it into your gravy. Finger lickin goodness.

Drive through service is soooooooo slow, the was only 2 cars in front of us and we still waited like 15 minutes. 45 minutes before closing they had run out of chicken and wings, and we're only serving burgers.

The food was very good, and toilets clean. There was a bit of a wait as we got there during the rush, but staff were very friendly and moved quickly to get out food. The restaurant itself is not very big and the parking is limited.

As far as KFC is concerned this 1 is pretty good. Chips have plenty salt, normally I have to ask for extra at other stores, service time isn't as good as Mcdonalds but it's OK. Food is usually hot n fresh.

They do not honour coupons on the day of expiry. Very tasty food however especially than town. Drive can be extraordinarily slow in the evenings but they make up for it with fresh food and friendly staff.
