Very busy store & long wait times using drive thru. Food was great though & chicken was cooked perfectly. They need more KFC stores in Rotorua this one was extremely busy.

They did forget a few things from the order but in the girls defence someone was giving her a really hard time right before us, think she walked out after that. Be nice to fast food workers it's a thankless job and you're counting on their good nature not to spit in your food... Common sense really

Only ordered lunch box spicy wings. The chicken 2 pieces was dry. I've had a few dishes lately from kfc . Chicken dry not moist. Very dissatisfied.

So, you're going thru the drive-in, 15 cars in line, 25 minutes in queue, get to order station only to be advised the EFTPOS is down - again! Told you can order inside & pay via cash or eftpos. Disappointing service, could have placed a sign at entrance. Go inside, order food & wait a further 25 minutes. Meal was delicious tho😋 Staff so busy, one not wearing a mask 😷

I believe chicken pieces r a hell of a lot smaller. Recieved a container of gravy once without potato. Anyway. Nothings gonna stop a KFC lover from purchasing from KFC. That includes myself.

Always be nice little Place. Cann't complain about Food. Only things is not enough staff for front counter. But they got self service machine Now. Very easy to use. I love this KFC best KFC in new Zealand the staff is amazing. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and they always get my order right. The chips are excellent they are always crisp and they put a perfect amount of salt.

Ordered the bucket feast. Had to wait 🙄for the tables to be wiped clean before sitting down to eat and floors were untidy😳 Shame that they took the bean salad off the menu 🙄 but the food was nice.

KFC in Rotorua...need to be mindful about accessing the shop ...on a one way section of road ...no access from the opposite side ...provides the usual range of chicken

Ordered a magnum box, snack box and a zinger burger. My buns from the burger was hard like as if it was microwaved and left to cool kind of hard. Fries were somehow bland even though it had seasoning and was relatively warm. Tried all the drinks from the self service area and All. Of. Them. Were. Tasteless. Didn’t really leave much for satisfaction except for that one piece of wicked wing and the customer service :) not enough for us to return unfortunately

I'm a huge fan of the Zinger burger (add cheese)... but the Zinger stacker (oh God I'm drooling again). If there could be a way to get the sauces from the Zinger stacker on the Zinger burger (with cheese). But no actually scratch that keep things as they are why tamper with perfection

Man KFC need a system to solve staff getting orders right. I'm embarrassed for them and how often their orders are wrong! Today our order was delivered missing three burgers. And when they finally did deliver them, one of them was wrong. Food was tasty, but they manage to turn fast food into really quite slow food.

#wheelchair accessible ♿🚻 a small intimate kfc store. I actually enjoyed my pieces of chicken I ordered as most times the chicken can be dry to eat. I was satisfied with everything there nothing outstanding but it was what I would expect from KFC 🙂

Typical KFC experience, food was okay as expected, served relatively quickly and wasn't cold, so no major complaints. The store itself however, is one of the most disgusting KFC restaurants I've ever been to! No surface is free of grease, stickiness or dirt, the bathrooms smell feral and theres no soap in any dispenser. The back of the restaurant where all the food is prepared was an absolute dump and the restaurant was not even nearly busy. The team were very poorly presented and not a single glove in sight, probably a job for the local food safety regulator to be honest.

The atmosphere is cold, dirty and uninviting. The store is often out of key ingredients and the customer service is plain appalling, however it was the only place open late at night when we were looking for food so 3 stars and a kudos for that.

Excellent service. They had run out of coleslaw. Offered a free chips or potato and gravy. Upgraded me to a large chips. This has happened at other stores before and I got nothing. Thanks Rotorua that was awesome.

KFC yummy! This is a place we love to eat as a family, the menu has a range of different options to choose from. The staff are fast and friendly, the drive-thru is ready for your order if you don't want to dine in. They have free Wi-Fi and lots of parking.

It's KFC. We were really grossed out by the floor. Do they ever clean them? We could seriously go grease skating on them. Food is the usual fatty KFC. No different you any other. Might have to start hoping through the drive through in the future though so I can remain oblivious to the nasty cleaning effort inside.

Kfc rotorua, really really impressed. The food was soo good. Chicken coating crispy and chicken moist and full of flavour. Chips cooked to perfection and drinks were fizzy and not lacking flavour. Customer service was fantastic. Overall great experience. Weren't planning to go there tonight but was over at the cinemas and had that delicious chicken smell wafting over so we followed our noses until we found kfc. Lol <3
