Waited in double lane while three cars had their order taken. Even tho busy was very quick service and very well staffed approx 2100hrs. Thats one thing other fastfood restaurants do is cut down on staff = cuts down on customer service and extremely slow service to gain profits. Order was correct fries hot happy frontline people. We always eat here when traveling. The chips are always hot, the nuggets are crunchy and have not had a bad burger yet. The toilets are clean and the staff are helpful, polite and quick to share a smile.

This one gets a 3 - Food differs, from Nice to OK, or yeah good enough. Depending on who's on, food can be very nice, but certain people have different cooking/working techniques, where the food can be very disgusting and not worth having ever again. We have experienced nice and not so nice at this McDonald's and Fenton Street, only consistency McDonald's was Owhata, they're food had always been good, I would drive an extra 10 minutes on top of my usual time, just to have their food instead.

Last month I saw some dude give a happy meal to a starving child on the streets I think the child choked on some chips because he wasn't moving. I walked up and took the happy meal because the kid doesn't need it. 10/10 happy with this outcome would come again

It's a McDonald's, so you pretty much know what you are going to get. The food is of standard quality. Has a cool wee play area for the kids which is a bonus. Be warned however, with it's location being close to a lot of the tourist attractions - it gets busy. Expect a bit of a wait

You have to love McDonald's to enjoy it. I love the fillet o fish burger combo steamed buns, chips and drink & I also enjoy the breakfast menu with many options to choose from and the children love the playground. Plenty of parking, drive thru & the WiFi is a bonus

Very disappointed in customers that think it's ok to make a mess and not clean it up, how ever disappointed in the state of the toilets one toilet paper working, hand fan not working would explain all the wet toilet paper ever were. But I did inform the manager and staff were right away cleaning, shame it took someone to say something for them to notice.

My son loves going here for a treat and I like taking him. Hard to fault much here. Parking is ample. Touchscreens are nice and convenient. Service is usually good and quick. The drive thru can get abit hectic sometimes. Love the chai latte here -yum yum. Lots of seating options. It has a small kids playground, and a separate meeting room. If I had one pet peeve it would be the right turn outa this place :'(
