Disappointed with the choice of Cheesy Chicken Burger.....I requested no sauce, which was left off, thankyou , but the product I received was almost like a previous order reheat and reserve. Tasted ok and because I was hungry I chewed my way through it.Will definitely not order this ever again.

Clean and tidy, very quick service to table. Toilets clean with a cool hands-free door opener! Playground isn't too bad, some rubbish left over from inconsiderate litterbugs.

We read the 1 star reviews and were wary but we're very glad we went here. Exceptionally tidy McDonalds with trainees cleaning as people left. Without doubt the most helpful and friendliest staff I've ever encountered in a McDonalds and I've certainly visited a high number worldwide! Bright looking young adults were in at the same time applying for a job here and you can certainly see why. I rarely give a Macky D's a five star but this place deserves it!

This restaurant is a hidden gem! I had lunch there with a friend today. The service was impeccable. Nothing was too much to ask. The food absolutely delicious. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. It was a lovely place for a great catch up. I recommend it highly😁👍👍👍👍

Usually happy but chose the wrong time to go there this time. The ppl working there are normally very friendly. Ended up waiting 10 minutes for my food due to the car in front of me making a large order. The person who handed the food to me did not even look at me as he was busy talking to somebody. Normally have good experiences here and I will be back as I'm not going to let one time ruin the previous good service I had at this store.

Nice smaller size McDonald's, easy access from main road, has all your usual favourites. Service was excellent even at 8.30pm on Easter Friday, staff even though full with customers were professional and well mannered.

Stopped in the drive through on the way to Ohope. We have never had such good service at a Mc Donalds drive through before. He was a young Māori man, with bleached blonde hair. Wish I got your name. He was well spoken, well mannered with exceptional customer service. He needs to be promoted. I can see he goes the extra mile. Thank you for making our stop in a good one.

It's all good. Meeting room is handy, and the kids enjoy the playground. The playground doesn't get wet in rainy weather unlike other McDonald's I've been to.

April 2016 - Standard McDonald's restaurant 🍴. Strategically located on SH with a drive thru area. Modern and contemporary decor especially the Maori cravings on the ordering counters. Both standard McDonald ordering station and McCafe are in same area. Very clean toilet 🚽 and good housekeeping standard throughout.

I find Rotorua McDonald's OK, not the very best of foods, Best out of 3 stores here in Rotorua is Owhata by far, staff are always friendly, positive and wear a smile every time I drive out there, orders never fault except once when it was very late and busy, Fairy Springs and Fenton still need a bit of work with polite service and food, I'm sure they'll get there. Over all - Owhata McDonald's is best!!!!

We are a senior couple who called in for lunch on our way back to Edgecumbe from Palmerston North.We had a very nice meal and friendly service ,but on my way out I left my Leather Cap on the table. I phone the restaurant when I realised it was missing and the nice lady on the phone said it was not there.I am now face dwith an expensive purchase for a new hat.Has anybody found it ?
