P.Disappointed with the choice of Cheesy Chicken Burger.....I requested no sauce, which was left off, thankyou , but the product I received was almost like a previous order reheat and reserve. Tasted ok and because I was hungry I chewed my way through it.Will definitely not order this ever again.
C.Clean and tidy, very quick service to table. Toilets clean with a cool hands-free door opener! Playground isn't too bad, some rubbish left over from inconsiderate litterbugs.
A.Love the food here, staff very friendly, place was tidy when we visited, fast service for me and my partner awesome lunch date today.
A.Food was ok, Eggs Benedict bagel was a bit drier (less sauce) than most McDonald's, not great.
Surprised to be "Parked" as I was the only car in the drive-thru, and only had a simple order.
X.Lovely staff, really helpful. Wasn't that busy so got my food super fast(literally within 5mnts) love the maori carvings on the front desk, the place was really clean. Will definitely be going back again.
B.Fast and friendly service! Clean seating area. Not much parking but we managed to get a space. Love how they have posters translating english words for maccas food in to Te Reo Maori!!
C.Much better service this time. Past experiences have been poor. The staff changes this time are a big positive.

D.We read the 1 star reviews and were wary but we're very glad we went here. Exceptionally tidy McDonalds with trainees cleaning as people left. Without doubt the most helpful and friendliest staff I've ever encountered in a McDonalds and I've certainly visited a high number worldwide! Bright looking young adults were in at the same time applying for a job here and you can certainly see why. I rarely give a Macky D's a five star but this place deserves it!

M.Usually happy but chose the wrong time to go there this time. The ppl working there are normally very friendly. Ended up waiting 10 minutes for my food due to the car in front of me making a large order. The person who handed the food to me did not even look at me as he was busy talking to somebody. Normally have good experiences here and I will be back as I'm not going to let one time ruin the previous good service I had at this store.

d.First time I’ve had actual service at a McD’s. I was very impressed with a super professional and friendly staff member. The air con’s set too cold (same as every McD’s).

L.Stopped in the drive through on the way to Ohope. We have never had such good service at a Mc Donalds drive through before. He was a young Māori man, with bleached blonde hair. Wish I got your name. He was well spoken, well mannered with exceptional customer service. He needs to be promoted. I can see he goes the extra mile. Thank you for making our stop in a good one.
T.Difficult to work the machines for orders and wrong product delivered. Noone seemed to be able to help
J.Always polite staff. Waiting time displayed up on board. Plenty of seating and tables. NewZealand McDonalds are superior to most other countries in the world. Our own produce is used and NO preservatives
L.Food was the usual standard. Would have given 5 stars but they forgot my apple and blackberry pie. Not the first time that has happened , but at least this time I hadn't driven 40 minutes home before realising.

T.Had to wait for our order bit unorganized, we had to ask for our food several times to find it on the side counter. Floor staff too busy talking as we are in level 2 covid so had to wait on staff yet tgere werr only a few customers.
D.Love their use of te reo around the store. The young man at the counter was vibrant and passionate about his mahi. Great to see someone enjoying their job and a young tane at that.

J.It's all good. Meeting room is handy, and the kids enjoy the playground. The playground doesn't get wet in rainy weather unlike other McDonald's I've been to.

B.April 2016 - Standard McDonald's restaurant 🍴. Strategically located on SH with a drive thru area. Modern and contemporary decor especially the Maori cravings on the ordering counters. Both standard McDonald ordering station and McCafe are in same area.
Very clean toilet 🚽 and good housekeeping standard throughout.

M.I find Rotorua McDonald's OK, not the very best of foods, Best out of 3 stores here in Rotorua is Owhata by far, staff are always friendly, positive and wear a smile every time I drive out there, orders never fault except once when it was very late and busy, Fairy Springs and Fenton still need a bit of work with polite service and food, I'm sure they'll get there.
Over all - Owhata McDonald's is best!!!!
J.Dont remember the store, but I know I got a boss burger, and we all know that the boss burger is the best meat in bun sandwich in the world, so this Mc Donald's was obviously a 5 star restaurant.

Yet Whakatane McDs does this....confused 😕

I.We are a senior couple who called in for lunch on our way back to Edgecumbe from Palmerston North.We had a very nice meal and friendly service ,but on my way out I left my Leather Cap on the table.
I phone the restaurant when I realised it was missing and the nice lady on the phone said it was not there.I am now face dwith an expensive purchase for a new hat.Has anybody found it ?
