Me and husband was having dinner here from the first time.

Welcoming was poor. We stood without anyone attending to us. We decided to seat ourselves. An old man appeared and saw us. Asked if we are OK and proceded to the kitchen area. Came to us and I asked for a few menus. He then asked if we had a booking. When I asked if it is on a booking only basis. It was a no. Then I was asked if I signed in and I replied that I scanned in. Not a very friendly and welcoming environment. They should look at getting more professional and friendlier front of house staff.
E.The food here is authentic Thai. The prices are high though. If you are expecting to have a low budget meal this is not the place. However, If you want to have good food for a high price this place is awesome. They will prepare food according to the level of spiciness you prefer. Ok atmosphere.

U.We visited this restaurant for lunch while we were in Russell. A nice place and seems quite popular among the locals too. Very close to the wharf (just a 3-5 min walk). We ordered a couple of Thai dishes (mains) for ourselves and nuggets and chips for the kid. We all enjoyed our food and the place was good too. By the way, they were all reasonably priced.
r.Best Thai food on Russell.you have to book an reservation as they serve limited ppls before 8 . But all the dishes we ordered were really awesome. One of the best Thai food we had.
C.Very good Thai food! I ordered a takeaway seafood stir fry and it came with a good amount of seafood. Read the other reviews so I wasn't expecting much but the owner was friendly and welcoming and the food portion was generous for my liking.

E.Some of the best Thai food that I have had outside of Thailand. The owner was very friendly and the food was fantastic. Although it doesn't have the ocean views that some of the other restaurants in Russel have, the value of food for money is more than worth it. An excellent restaurant!

R.After a lot of so-so Thai food in New Zealand, we were shocked to find a great one, with a British pub atmosphere yet, in Russell. The food is great, easily the best Thai food we've found on the north island.
