Gourmet Burger - giving the Golden Arch a run for their money. I would give them a awesome 5 stars rating if not for a better service from the crew at the counter. But when I took the first bite into my Burger (Jim Beam Bourbon Angus Burger) it was so amazing, I just have to let other patrons know that I had one of the best burgers ever. My wife laughed at my silliness. That's what Burgers ought to taste like! The Angus beef cooked on a fire grill and the famous Jim Beam Bourbon sauce spread over the beef plus other stuff (crispy onion straws, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and etc.) All bundle up into one whole delicious goodness. Carl's Jr has lift up their reputation!

Carl's Jr is so underrated. Their burgers are big delicious, and the ranch fries omg! Definitely my preferred burger place.

A really nice meal had today. Value cheeseburger combo and an extra chicken burger for less than $10!! Lovely service too. Ty.

The Dude whom took my order 22.50pm on a Tuesday, most polite, patient & made eye contact as he wished u a great night handing 3 Big Various tasty Burgers as ordered.

Not everything on their menu is good. But everytime I get the California burger I love it! Now they have XL version!!! Simply amazing. My favorite! Only $7.50 too!

Was good initially but they keep messing up the orders in drive through and uber. The wrong burgers, missing drinks, completely different fries. Make sure you check you have the right stuff at the drive through window.

Best Carl's Jr. I've been to, which wasn't difficult because the two previous times I've been have discouraged me from going back for at least two years each time. The chips and the milkshake I bought were ok, the burger was good. It was expensive though, I think for the money I spent I'd rather go somewhere a bit more flash. On the upside the store was nicely presented and well laid out, the person who served me was nice, my meal was prepared very quickly (they were mildly busy) and there was plenty of parking.

Good service but... these are the Bacon Ranch Criss Cut fries I ordered? Didn’t expect them to be presented like this.

Great range of fast food options and fast service, plenty of room to eat in or drive through

Food wasn't too bad, but disappointed with the amount of mince on the chilli mince fries, but other than that, meal was great. The Christmas wish was unexpected but truly appreciated :)

My favourite burger place for sure , love the combos and value packs here, tasty burgers, fast service n not to say the unlimited coke 😛 , thanks to the manager, we have bought a combo meal n still was craving for a small burger , she allowed us to get a value burger without any combos addition, though we bought it just few minutes before but still this happens to be a second bill, thanks lady, haven't checked your name , but thankful to you

At the drive through I had a Jim beam sauce burger it wasn't that fresh, it could have been a bit warmer too.

Great food as usual but it took over 25 minutes to get our order, considering only 3 orders in front, not spectacular.

Finallx got to take mum & girls to Carls JR Takanini burgers etc., were great, but when it came to Sundaes i & fams were dissapointed to see containers were not as big as advertised/displayed ones & only half full, upon leaving i asked lady behind counter why this is, she said it's to do with weight, i said to her it's false advertising, as their Coke glasses were, they never had stocks. American adverts shouldn't be allowed in NZ if they are false!

Great food and good selection. The drive thru is usually quick and effortless although quite narrow and requires attention to navigate in a larger vehicle. The shakes are delicious with cream in them.

Used to enjoy the burgars and food here but last visit it was too greasy and too processed for us. Great value deals especially for a group but prefer a different fast food option now. Staff here were quite clueless on the menu too they were advertising a deal on the wall but couldn't find it in the menu ordering system...

Not the best Carl's, burgers can be a bit poorly constructed and lettuce isn't often fresh. Staff are a bit rude too.

It was nice being early mornings breakfast at 8-9am on 10th of march 18 in Takanini. Staff was lovely.... especially Amarjot was professional and helpful. Excellent customer service by her. Will be back soon.

My fave burger place

I have had complete stuff ups of my orders in the past due to either the staff not listening or the kitchen making mistakes, they will usually be happy to fix it but occasionally you have to argue the point as if it's coming out of their own pockets. When it's good its really good, but when it's bad you wish you hadn't bothered. But we keep going back so maybe that says something.

My favorite fast food place in Takanini. Restaurant is starting to show signs of wear and UV damage, but is always clean, staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is always delicious. This Carl's Jr. has a self service salad bar unlike some.
