All I can say is 3 words "Tender, Seasoned, Delicious" Flavours are their and it's just mouth watering. Customer service is on point and store is always tidy. Come here to get a feed every here and their, it's just so good. Would highly recommended the "Seasoned fried chicken and the Soy honey garlic" Spicy is also delicious, I love spice but someone who can't handle spice do not get spicy it is "Spicy spicy x3"

The best Korean Chicken in South Auckland. Tender, crispy and the sauce just perfect. But unfortunately they just have boneless and never had bone in available as the choices on the menu which $2 more expensive. Suggestions to the shop to take out the bone in choices from the menu if they’ve never been available.

Let me tell you one thing it's a must try if you looking for something different then KFC or McDonald's. Today we went to Takanini store and to start with perfect customer service. We tried Soya honey and Clasic chicken. Unfortunately they were out of stock for Bone in so we tried their boneless option and was really worth it. We tried half and half option which cost 38$. The quantity is enough to feed 3 hungry friends 😋. But I would say try their hot chicken option. I have heard a lot about it and will try next time but both of the above option were a bit sweet on taste. Overall 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Premium Korean fried chicken in South Auckland! The best hands down. They offer boneless fried chicken & fried chicken pieces. I suggest you order the boneless! When you order the boneless chicken you will select which flavour you want (example: soy honey garlic or hot sweet & sour) and then choose either half a chicken (feeds 2) or whole chicken (feeds 4). You then select your sides (for the main menu this is purchased separately) chips or rice? And I highly recommend you get a side of pickled radish too because it helps cut through the fried chicken! My go to is the creamy onion boneless fried chicken, with rice & radish as my sides!🤤boneless chicken comes in bite sized pieces of crispy fried chicken with your chosen flavour in a sauce to coat the fried chicken🔥🤤if you want something small on the go or want to try it out on a budget, grab one of their chicken meals which is a chicken & rice bowl (for 1 person) which is also so good! Their staff are always so friendly and during the lockdown we have always placed phone orders prior to picking up which is handy. Papas Chicken is always our go to for fried chicken now!🍗🍚🥢

I had the chicken bowl and I have to say this was my first from Papas Chicken. This dish is great. It had plenty of vegetables, a decent amount of tasty crispy chicken and with just enough rice to make this chicken bowl a tasty meal.

What can i say !!! best spicy korean chicken in town ?? visited few times already and same consistent taste- Looks like a family owned business and very dedicated team members. Sauce is amazing and chicken is crispy. Even with the sauces, crispness lasts for a long time. For one portion, size is quite huge so even good to share among 2-3 people. Perfect to go with a beer. Highly recommended.

This place offers Korean fry chicken. Crispy and hot spicy both are tasty. The taste is very different compare to KFC. Korean spicy souce is sweet and spicy (be careful that is very hot maybe 8 of 10). And, this chicken is much dryer, not have lots of juice. Each piece contains full of taste in meat. Price is $18/half chicken, $34/whole chicken. The place is tidy and clean, currently follows COVID 19 protocol contactless order and pick up. There are lots of parking available. It's busy place, good to place order and then pickup.

Been here a few times and the chicken is always delicious! Ordered the honey soy, seasoned, & sweet chilli 1/2's Although really tasty, it's a bit pricey at $19-20 for each half box with a small bowl of coleslaw. Rice is not included & costs extra. Wouldve given 5 stars if they included rice for the price they charge. Was a 30min wait for me so best to do a phone order.

I tried the seasoned chicken on rice. nice sweet flavour with a mild kick of heat. paired perfectly with rice and coleslaw. My son got the half crispy chicken boneless. Delicious, crispy, juicy chicken. Absolutely recommend. I saw from the posts there was a wait so I called ahead at 5.00pm and ordered a half crispy, half seasoned and half soy garlic and an extra sauce. I asked to pick up at 6pm. I was driving and almost there when I got a call at 5.57pm to say my order was ready which I thought was awesome service. When I got there they had missed one thing however they got me to wait and I only sat for a minute and the rest of my order was ready. The two younger girls serving were really friendly and sweet even while it was hectic. I hope I can come in when it's less busy to thank the others for the awesome food. I finally got to share real Korean fried chicken with my friend and he was impressed too.

I ordered boneless soy garlic whole chicken and wasn't what I was expecting as it looked like popcorn chicken. The sauce was a bit sweet for me but LOVED the coleslaw was fresh and yum! Kids enjoyed it. Will be back to try different flavors

I've tried nearly all kinds of chickens and never got disappointed everytime I ordered. Usually had to wait around 15 to 20 mins(or less for chicken meal, or more if they are busy) but it always worth to wait. They always made to order, which makes chicken very fresh, crispy, hot and juicy inside. Hot spicy and Creamy Onion chickens are my favourite and loved their service.

Best fried chicken ever!!!! Hot spicy chicken is on point......hot and spicy. They only make to order as well, so you don’t have stale fried chicken waiting in warmers, drying out, ready to be served to the unwitting customer. Highly recommend this place.

We had the bone-in, crunchy fried 1/2 chicken. The pieces were like really, really fancy KFC. Think Homestead quality chicken but with a much lighter flavour. The absence of sodium was noticeable and made it so much more enjoyable. It was a little more expensive than KFC, but the meals are made to order. Expect to wait up to 20 minutes, but it sure is worth the wait!
