The delivery guy turned up 15 minutes late, when he arrives he started tooting his horn out on the street, when he finally arrived at the door he dropped the strawberry cheesecake which cracked the seal and dropped the onion rings on to the ground as he pulled out the pizza's. He smiled and said sorry and left. Wow. Just wow... edit- they returned and delivered fresh cheesecake and onion rings, thank you:)

There snack boxes are great value. I had there thin crust and it was not great not enough topping and quite over cooked l. I will recommend the onion rings and garlic bread.

We do pickup because we find delivered pizzas luke warm and chips that have not fared any better. Love the Hot n Spicy vegetarian pizza. So delicious

Consistency is the key for good pizza shops, and Taupo Pizza Hut has that sorted in their 2nd incarnation. It's budget pizza, so can't give 5 stars but can highly recommend a simple thin crust pepperoni.

I am writing the review in April 2021. Only pizza hut you can found in Taupo town. That means there is no other pizza hut around 100 KM. Next closest one is in Tokorua or Rotorua. There are some other pizza shops available like dominos and local shop who makes pizza. This is an easy place to find and opposite to Pack and Save. Price = as usual standard price. Clean & hygiene = I found that clean and hygiene practice is good. Dine In Place= Yes there is a very tiny dine In place. Customer service = average customer service, guys always too busy to work in back, most of the no dedicated staff to taking order. Car Park = Yes there is a car park shared with other shop/ office around, car park is very limited. It’s a very busy areas in taupe Town. You may consider to park somewhere close if parking is not available. View = there is no view at all except you can see Pack and Save hahah. However Taupo lake is 250 meters far from the shop, so you may grab your food to close to lake and enjoy if weather permits . I go there usually times a month, or something like this.

A great little place, you can get an individual pizza for just $4 which i thought was really good. I got the cheesy garlic one which was fantastic, light and crispy with delightfully stringy cheese. The staff were very friendly and attentive also.

You can't beat their $5 menu. And they're open late. If you order online, you can get your pizza exactly the way you like it, and it will be ready for you when you pick it up. It isn't gourmet, but of the fast food options out there, it's good food reasonably priced.

the look and feel of this pizza hut is much more professional than the previous one. staff were on to it. loved that they all wore hygiene gloves. pizza was awesome too. couldn't ask for more!

I remember ordering from here. My family and my auntie visiteth Taupo that day. We ordered so much that there was a heap of leftovers! Very tasty, I wilt definitely come back one day. P.S. I am from Auckland, so it wilt be when I haft a vacation to central North Island.

Very good friendly service and wonderfully delicious pizzas are the highlights of this franchise. Good street parking outside and in a central location opposite Pak'nSave. Well worth stopping for.

3Oct16 Small, basic, functional store with lighting that is a little too dim and very hopeful tables and chairs set on the footpath outside the front door. Hopeful? Yes, because in Taupo it can be cold if you get here after dark. And that's before any wind or even moderately bad weather blows into town. Our tired and hungry party of 16 heading from a Salvation Army Territorial Congress (three days in Michael Fowler Center in Wellington) stopped here at about 9:00PM and the staff were so helpful in telling us what specials were available. We bought ten pizzas. The staff took less than ten minutes to produce the pizzas and our party consumed the food in 15 minutes. Full, fed and happy we got back into our vehicles and drove another three hours to Auckland. Four stars because of the staff's helpfulness and fast cooking.
