A.Confusing pricing showed 2 burgers when it was for 1. Also drink dispenser head a confusing menu and operation. Only 2 out of 8 users made it ok. The rest either spilled heaps, or no fill. Service was good.
G.We were very impressed with the quality of food. The service was 5 out of 5. They even told us to fill up our drinks before we left. No one else has ever said that to us.

S.I'm giving Burger King 4 stars as it was quite a long wait when I went because of there being only a single person to serve everyone which made it take quite a while which was a pain but the reason I rated it higher is because it has an XXL size option which I brought a XXL frozen coke. (I'm not sure which other foods have this option) These are only slightly more than large or normal so definatly worth it. This is why I rated Burger King 4 stars.
I.very good .fast and no issues with the app.a few months ago we weren't able to use it for cpupons or cash in our rewards.they updated and now we have a trouble free experience..
A.In my opinion burger king is one of the finest dining experiences a fast food chain can offer. I've never been disappointed by the king and I'm certain that throughout my life this one fact will remain true.

J.Staff here are very friendly and service is fast. This is one of the more clean Burger Kings i've visited. I typically order stunner meals for the excellent value or from the king's collection when I'm looking for something more substantial and 99% of the time the food is served quickly and to a suitable standard. Would recommend this BK.
w.All management I've delt with in regards to enquiries and complaints. Have solved and addressed my issues in a considerable manner. Coustomer services representives have all been friendly and helpful. Pricing is fair in comparison to places like McDonald's. Keep up the good work Burger King
K.Another Burger King outlet on Cameron road that we take the kids to every now and then. There is usually plenty of parking around the building if the area on the side is full. The chicken burger I get is usually fresh. The young man at the restaurant who served me was polite and friendly.
A.Having late opening hours worked well as there was nothing else open after the concert. You always know what you are getting, great flavours

N.Outstanding service from Rico, wish fraser cove b.k made their visits as pleasent as him. Everyone at cameron road b.k seemed very lovely though, will be visiting this one from now on, which is a shame for fraser cove because i live up the road and also work in fraser cove
P.Had the new jalapeno chicken burger was it hot not really was it worth the price of usually $10.50 not really. The promotion price of 2 for 1 was a good way to introduce it. The restaurant was tidy but the tap in the bathroom was broken.
M.Nice quiet restaurant. Super clean. Burgers ok. For the price I'll go to the local bar or restaurant instead as was a little pricey for the Buttermilk chicken combo.
A.Clean store, air conditioning was a bit brrr for that time of night and hard to see the full menu board as its on a side wall at the counter. Friendly, prompt service and food as expected

T.Food was average and there was an issue with their computer system not working with the app. But the young lady did well to get it sorted under pressure.
Y.This store makes good food but there is some aspects that let the customer service experience lack in efficiency. If there are new deals that come out the dont get updated on the boards. (The boards arent digital either which I think is the reason for not constantly changing them, but in this day and age most take out restaurants are up to date with digital equipment) If people are on their lunch breaks, they dont take their time to quickly serve you if you're waiting. (I waited, on multiple occasions, 5 minutes to be served) I dont mind waiting for the food but I just want to be served so I dont have to wait in line. (I also do understand when they're busy but when they're not it's a bit of a joke. They forget items you've paid for when they're busy. They literally have a screen that has everything you ordered on it so I dont get why they can forget to give it to you. Other than that they're washrooms are kept very tidy and fresh fragranced. The food is to what is should be. And they have nice parking and easy access from the main road.
p.Waiting in drive thru for 18minutes then told machine to make burgers has broken down. Staff we're running around like clueless. Over all hope the problem was fixed and staff keep a smile on your faces.

N.B.K. is always one of my favourite places to eat. The food is top quality and good value, especially using the B.K. app'.

E.Very tidy.. great customer service.. food well cooked.. the only little problem is when we order in the drive thru we always ask for ice in our drinks and most of the time we don't get ice.. toilets onsite..

D.Went to drive thru as saves getting wheelchair out. Have eftpos and the girl was very helpful, swipping my card for me (no pay way) and as I have arthritis in most places, but especially hands and knees, I find it difficult to do on my own. That's why I love pay wave.
I had the double cheeseburger combo, sharing the meat patties with my Chessie (my vet please don't see this😉)and it was scrumptious. I didn't eat the bun (gluten intolerant) and wondered if rest would upset my tummy (but I was starving) and 8 hours later are feeling fine. Not sure if I could say the same for MacDonald burgers.
Suggestion - why don't these places offer gluten free buns.?

r.It was alright i ordered for my meal to have there but the lady on counter made it take away. So it took little bit more time than usual but rest is best as always.👍

i.I love Burger King so much, and now with the new drinks with drink shots, I am able to get a fun and new drink every time I order. Customer service is generally good, and you definitely get value for money
C.I like BK but to be honest this one isn't up to par with the rest. Have had a lot of different minor problems the last couple times I've been, will stick to Fraser cove.

J.A good BK location. Kept tidy, well staffed, and the free in-store Wi-Fi sucks a lot less in recent times (it used to connect half way and then fail to complete the first attempt, always).
As ever with BK the food is tasty and enjoyable, if utterly predictable and a bit boring. But you don't go to BK or McD's to be surprised, eh? It's comfort food :-)

C.Amazing, the McDonald's down the road is highly not recommended because they ignore customer's and orders take long where as this no is so under rated because of its location, but they are fast and have excellent service with a great restaurant. ((Highly Recommend))
