J.The shop is nice and clean, friendly staff. Must be new owners.
Ordered a large pork roast, was decent, not stingy with the meat or the crackling, the roast potatoes were very tasty.
Biggest disappointment is that the pumpkin isn't roasted but instead steamed or boiled, which has a much different texture and flavor to roasted, and I suspect the kumara was also steamed or boiled which is gutting cause who doesn't love a bit of roast kumara? I think for $22 for the large it was ok for value, I could have probably split the container in to 2 meals (I didn't I smashed it in 1). Would buy it again if I was getting roasted kumara and pumpkin.
