Was fast and efficient and friendly and will go back but forgot my strawberry dessert.#316622 KFC GATE PA.partly my fault because I didn't check before I drove off. Happy to change rating to a 5 star if can get a voucher or something for dessert.wasnt worth lining up again in drive through to get it. Got a refund for dessert,thanks KFC.

Fresh chicken! Usually gives the pieces requested, fresh chips and most importantly extra seasons is present. Staff are always lovely and know how to have a good laugh, never had a soggy burger either. Always recommended, I hate every other KFC.

My favourite KFC. There's never much of a wait in queues here, if there's a queue even, inside or through the drive thru, as the service is generally quite quick, quick enough for my liking anyways 😆And, they have only mucked up my order once or twice in the past 6yrs that I've been going there :)

Well just back at the Freshest and tastiest and best kfc in the whole if nz for another feed after not being here for over a year. I can report that still the service from the staff in this KFC is still the best. I can still report that there food is also the best its never dry and never greasy and is always sooooo tasty. I'm very serious when I say many many other kfc stores in New Zealand could learn alot from this store.. Yet again back there today and has been a very long vovid time since our last visit. I wish I could give more than 5 stars they are so amazing

It's really really good although, I think they changed the recipe for the chicken and just after having it, my nanny and I got diarrhea. The customer service was amazing! The cashiers and my family had a great conversation about plastic bags.😂 Overall, would definitely recommend

Bit slow at the drive thru but food was good. However while waiting to be served we did notice a team member cleaning the warming drawers( without cleaning the trays inside. Those were placed back in the drawers) then wipe down the preparation station with the same cloth. She the preceded to empty the salt from where the fries are kept, and discard the salt and whatever else down onto the floor between the workstation and the fridge. Still using the same cloth and a plastic spoon. Surely the hygiene practices for KFC are better than this

Best service I've ever had at a KFC! I gave them a pretty complex order and they got it right, they even double checked just encase. Hot and fresh food, fast service and well mannered staff. Thanks very much to the lady that served me.

Good KFC store for a quick meal when shopping in the shopping centre. Drive thru gives fast service but if you want to sit inside that is nice as well. Just like all the other KFCS around Tauranga. Parking is good in the shopping centre and the KFC has its own parking area for easy access.

Omg the staff working Friday night the 16th of January. So helpful friendly...happy to do that little extra. Some time people are just having a bad day. I girl's at the front counter put a smile on your face with your kindness. Thank you...

Love kfc when it's done right, however 4/10 times they forget part of your order. Or you have to wait 20mins just to order, or if it's really fast it's because they've had the chicken sitting there way too long and it is hard as rock.

This was the most clean ive ever seen a kfc in nz. !! There was a young man very proudly taking time to clean outside too. Floors, counters, tables were spotless and of course the outside. Wiked effort guys.

Friendly staff. I tried using my phone app for any deals and I was told it can't be used. But they immediately gave me a piece of paper with all the promos and deals - it's like using an app old-school-style :) Kudos to Lynette who did it. Will visit again.

Best place ever for KFC in Gate Pa, Tauranga, Shop is always open, I stopped at KFC Tauranga (worst place), their shop was closed, you could only pay for your order online( their EFTPOS machine and they weren't accepting cash) on Friday............. Specifically travelled to KFC Gate Pa,,,,,,,, awesome staff, yummy food, worth the petrol😆
