There are times of the day that our order was crispy as we like it but then on a different day and time, our order was drowning in grease. It’s been different people serving the food every time we order through drive-thru but the person taking our order has always been customer service savvy.

Food was good however the I store service was fairly slow. The food however was worth the wait.

Fun lunch with friends. Staff could have been more helpful to four older women Doesn't have that relaxed atmosphere of other similar outlets. Been getting take outs for years but never felt that comfortable there as opposed to other takeouts. Other outlets have less greasy food.

Dry, old food is what we got. Coming from an ex KFC worker, this is just from pure laziness from workers or lack of training. Gotta keep your stuff fresh otherwise KFC is not enjoyable
