This establishment has a great selection of menu items. They are a bit on the pricey side, but the quality is good. The staff are lovely and the ambience is very cool. Can’t complain about the service, even though we were in a big group.

Went to Millhouse on the recommendation of my credit advisor and he wasn't wrong! Great food , very cold beer and warm service. The husband and I had some amazing pork sliders as an entree and they were incredible . Our mains were great as well. Will definitely be returning .

Went across in the later afternoon following an event at the Lake. Very nice place. We were recognized by the staff as regular customers at The Raft and he even remembered my name which I thought was special. Great food, coffee and service so would definitely recommend

Received lovely customer service today. Ordered decafe coffee but just as the barista brought it over he realised he'd made caffeinated coffee. He was so lovely & had done such a beautiful job, I decided to drink it even though he insisted on making a new cup. The caramel slice was slightly heated for us & was A... Mazing!!!! They had a good music play list playing in the background too & the atmosphere was really nice.

Best big breakfast I have seen since living in Perth. Bacon actually crispy. Eggs scrambled perfectly tomatoe browned perfectly an everything else was delicious. Not that I had it my partner did but I tried it. Good job

Stopped in for a quick bite with our 5mth baby when passing through Tauranga. Absolutely beautiful food, so tasty and lovely portion sizes. I think I've rated this establishment before, but it now seems to be under new management and/or staffing... This is a pleasant indoors - outdoors bar and restaurant in an open shopping centre complex. Meals are awesome... and of what I saw other people indulging in made me envious. Service is good. You are welcomed and served reasonably promptly, but I didn't feel the "warmth and genuineness" of host hospitality...

Clean, loved the chilled our energy and customer service - the guy who served us is an amazing salesmen and managed to deliver a delicious Calamari with salad and bomb coffee! Just what we needed to wind down after a day of travelling from Auckland, stuck in traffic and numerous house viewings with a well behaved newborn. Appreciate you guys!

Enjoyed their food. Everything was fine, no complaints, but what really blew me away was the waitress. We were there 3 weeks prior and my father in law ordered a beer on tap but forgot which one he had ordered then. She not only remembered which one he had, but also their conversation and who he was there with. Next level service!

As it's always nice to start on a positive note, this restaurant has great potential so hopefully the manager takes note of feedback and makes the necessary changes . Given that we were a large group of 11 we expected to perhaps have to wait a while for our main meals to be served and we were not wrong - yet the restaurant was not busy!! The young man waiting on our table was very friendly yet obviously inexperienced in hospitality. After looking at the dessert menu we all opted for coffees, however, as the waiter was taking our orders he was bluntly told that the coffee machine was closed! Come on! It's not even 10pm and you have cleaned the machine when two large groups are still dining! Ending on a positive note, the meals served were nice.

However there was no heat - not working we were told, but the couple at the next table said that there was no heating two weeks previously either. Young waiter abit arrogant when i said please pass on my compliments to the chefs about the food and he said with a arrogant tone "well it should be good it is a restaurant" i full well know that it can be hit and miss with quality and quantity of food at restaurant's. Went for lunch today service from the young man was really good even though he was rushed off his feet.
