Great little Asian restaurant on The Strand. I love my prawn fried rice, $14 for lunch, the fried rice is so yum, has that charred taste of the wok. Service is efficient and seating is beautiful

Both food and service were amazing! The Char kway teow was delicious. Compliments to the chef. I definitely wanna come back with friends to try all the appetizers and dishes. I wish there was like a sample menu haha I just wanna try it all, 4-5 bites of each dish

Really lovely wedding anniversary lunch with the family. There were five of us and we all had different dishes. All of them were great. I like duck and have eaten it in restaurants all around the world but the Crispy duck I had today was one of the best I have ever had. Really crispy yet moist, very tasty and plenty of it so big raps to the chef at ZoZo. Service was excellent, keg beer was fresh. cold and delicious on a day were the temperature was 27 degrees Celsius. Wine list has a good selection with acceptable prices. All in all a very pleasurable experience which we look forward to repeating again soon....well done ZoZo crew.

Exceptional tasting food! Reminds me of the good old days living in Vietnam. These guys have really captured the authenticity of the flavours. Excellent service also for being open only 5 days too! This place will do very well! ill def be a regular here

Make sure you book a table! Lively atmosphere and incredible food at a good price. We had a selection from the snack menu and shared it all around, was a great way to try everything. Service was fast and attentive given how busy it was. Great to have someone on the Strand giving Macau a run for their money.

Had lunch here a couple of weeks ago and visited with a friend. We were a little early for lunch and walked around until the place opened proper. Friendly staff member. The food was good! I would have given 5 stars and as much as my pork was super soft, the dish was a little dry. Some kind of sauce or slaw would have been 5 star! I will visit again.

I was strolling past a few restaurants trying to pick what I wanted to eat - the menu looked great so I walked in and grabbed a table for one. The waitress was lovely (sorry I didn’t catch her name, but a short girl with blue eyes). I ordered the Scallop and roe entree and the prawn fried rice. Both were cooked perfectly and presented beautifully and quickly. If I was staying in Tauranga longer I would go back for dinner again. Thanks for the wonderful meal and the great service!

Best restaurant in Hamilton from our two day trip. Ordered popcorn chicken, fried eggplant, pho and green fish curry. You could tell the fish green curry and pho was cooked with passion and love. All dishes very nice. This would be the first place I would go to eat when we return no doubt. Staff also welcoming and friendly.

We enjoyed an evening meal here, but first impressions were staff who didn't know or didn't take charge of arrival situation. Menus were dirty and covered in old food scraps (suggest use laminated menus and include pictures of meals). Food was spicy, tasty and a delight to eat...

We were so impressed with the service and quality of food offered to us at Zozo Asian Street Food. We arrived at 9:30pm and they were so accommodating and allowed us so come in even though the kitchen was closing shortly. The food was phenomenal. Wonderful service and the most diverse range of taste sensations from all the 5 dishes we ordered. Even the chicken salad we ordered to takeaway-our waitress recommendations for how to store, apply dressing a little bit at a time for taste testing was fully appreciated by us. The Mussel Pot broth had the most intense heat of all our dishes and perfect. Maybe the mussels were a little over cooked tho. The Pork and Meat ball dish-delicious, but could have done without the meat balls. Kumara and Pumpkin red curry was divine and quickly eaten by all. Rice paper "summer rolls" freshly made to be eaten immediately-yum. Highly recommend this top notch restaurant

Great food if your willing to wait it’s not the quickest place I have been too, but trust me the wait is worth it! I would say if your on a lunch break at work you might be late back to work though. But if you have the time and want an amazing experience it’s worth a try!

It was a hot day and the staff put us on a cool table at perfect temperature due to air conditioners. We shared some entrees and main meals, the food was quick and delicious. Staff were attentive and answered our questions easily. We were in early and first ones there, it was slowly filling up by the time we left. Will definitely be going back

Fantastic Thai food. The zozo grilled chicken is amazing, so succulent, juicy and yet crispy at the same time. The pad thai and pork belly salad were also stand out dishes. Great experience!

The staff were lovely and friendly. The best part about our night was the wine and six60 music playing. While this venue has potential to be great and the fitout is lovely, the food was subpar. Pork ribs were nice but super fatty and inedible on one of the bones. The fish curry was recommended but frozen fish used, deep fried and covered in a flavourless green sauce. The roti ordered was cold and actually just puff pasty?

Great find. We really enjoyed this restaurant for lunch. It was very quiet at the time we arrived so service was excellent. The food was delightful. Quite a different take on Siumai but the best yet. The Soft Shell Crab was also really good. Perhaps a little oily but the salad with it was excellent. We will definitely go again.

I booked Zozo on the Strand for dinner for a group of people attending a workshop we were running. Everyone there enjoyed their meal immensely. They cater for everyone as there is a good selection of vegetarian food. The service was friendly and always with a smile. I would (and have) recommend Zozo to others.

I have been to Viet De Cuisine about 4 times now, and it's become our 'go to' place to eat on the Strand. My partner is vegan which initially attracted us, as there were at least some tasty vegan offerings on that menu. She tried the Kumara Curry and hasn't been able to move away from it - even as a carnivore I think it's amazing! The Vegetarian Mushroom Spring Rolls are also pretty special with a light and tasty dipping sauce. I can recommend the romantic duck salad and the Dancing Beef. I am yet to try their chicken dishes. I think it's reasonably priced for the tasty delights you get, and service is always with a smile. This will remain our Go To place on the Strand for quite some time I think!

All the wait staff were cheerful and attentive, breaking out into an effusive and welcoming Vietnamese greeting as each new group entered the restaurant. We shared one main and 3 entrees between 3 of us girls. The dumplings were amazing but the plates were all equally delicious ..we had chicken and prawn skewers, pork n prawn dumplings, deep fried shrimp and a spicy chicken main. An excellent place for a quick and tasty lunch. Great options on their express menu which still provide a sizable meal. Sit outside under the sun umbrellas and watch the world go by while served by their friendly staff. Haven't been for dinner there yet but the full menu looks good too.
