N.Was difficult to tell if it was open for diners, it looked closed at 7pm but knew that had to be wrong. Never mind, the food made up for it. Glad to see the Grand Mac burger was made correctly, well done.
Z.very good. mcdonalds has some good food for breakfast lunch and dinner. the service is awesome. kind people there but however. this would be a 5 if it wasnt for the drive thru. it takes to long to get your order. it is pretty busy

The staff are friendly to us.
Whenever we have been in store it has always been clean and tidy. Bonus for an air conditioned play area for summer!

P.Went with a friend after an evening meeting. Not impressed. We were not told until after we had ordered and paid that gold card holders could have a free coffee. The place was not very clean - rubbish on the floor and tables needed wiping. It was also very cold in there and difficult to find a spot away from the air conditioning. Not welcoming for older patrons

M.It's a McDonald's, they're all the same apart from the cleanliness. This one always seems to be reasonably clean.
C.I wish staff would acknowledge people waiting? Just a simple 'wont be a moment' should be said, rather than someone just ignoring you standing there while they finish doing whatever their doing??? Young people tend to do this (this could be reinforced in their training).
Other than that - ALL great...
W.Clean. Friendly staff. I didnt like the chicken that much in the kids happy meal. It was cooked perfect, the texture was not for me. I got it because I wanted a toy to give my little necie at a funeral which was happening 2 mins from the mac donnalds. Needed a wee snack before going into the church. Traveled a distance to get to the funeral and my teenage daughter and I felt hungry

B.A bit slow, and the self serve kiosks are often broken. Place has questionable cleanliness, there are no clean tables here and there's food on the floor.
A.I found overall there is a good customer service ethic, the staff try to assist you and are efficient and timely in delivery.
I have only given a median score because the food is not always high quality. the fries should never be cold, if they are the staff should throw them out not serve them as returned customers are worth more than the loss of $1 for the fries.
Thank you for the opportunity to offer my feed back and thank you also for being there to provide food after every other place has closed.
L.Quick service done through the computerized do it yourself menu, food was fresh and received 5 minutes after ordering happy customers
B.Nice food, great service and always nice and clean. Only thing i didnt like is that the local kids hang around and are quite a nuisance.
R.No numbers for table delivery at kiosk which was annoying having 2 small children and a baby with me. Other than that couldn't fault service and quality.
N.This place seems to be overrun with recent immigrants that don't smile and haven't really cottoned on to the fact that a good part of customer service is being friendly , also this must be the slowest service in the Bay , 10mins for a cold hash brown ?

E.I am craving for M n M Mcflurrys and Mcds always puts in the right amount of icecream to hot choc sauce ratio.
I also like to get a choc top with a flake. Some Mcds put the flake in the icecream and dip it in choc, some dont and just give the flake separately on a piece of napkin.
Either or, those are my fav pics atm.
S.Always check your orders when going through drivethrough, as things are often incorrect or forgotten. Also they don't have table numbers for table delivery.

C.I've never had any problems with my food but I will keep this updated. Free Wi-Fi. Overall I had a good experience although I have not dined in.

S.It was late. The staff were friendly. The focus was on the drive through. The kiosk I used inside said "pinpad invalid". I had to pay at the counter. I saw a similar error in Melbourne last week. They only have one till at the counter now in most McDs, so if the kiosks don't work it can be tough to pay or order.
S.Great food, pity the delivery to table has ceased.
M.I dont think that McDonald's understand the concept of a cappuccino as they seem to just super heat the milk with a hint of foam on top, if I wanted a boiling cup of latte, then I would have ordered that ????
M.One reason and one reason only. They make the best thick shakes in town. Don't like the self service tho. Personal touch must better.

D.McDonalds!! You still have your screens at numerous branches at the serving counters reading backwards, they come up as being served ! When they are being prepared ! Being served is when they are ready at the serving counter.Have a look for yourself.
