E.Lovely food, comfy atmosphere, friendly staff. It was a shame I was too full for dessert; the cheesecake looked really good.
M.Excellent food and service in this quaint bar. An excellent Thai curry and a Rohan Josh curry with the little extra touches you would only expect in a fine dining restaurant. Staff were attentive and they poured a mighty fine Guinness. Finished with a delicious dessert menu, we were spoiled for choice.
D.Saturday dinner, we had crumbed camembert to start, steak and onions with fries and salad, beef nachos for mains, then snickers brownie for dessert. Everything was fantastic, enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the staff were brilliant!
C.Facilities 5 clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of street parking
Food 5 we had the green Curry and Lamb Ragu - cooked to perfection, seasoned well and delicious. Cheesecake was Devine.
Service 5 our host was professional and knowledgeable. Chef visited guests, which was a nice touch
Price 5 $160 for 3 people for a 2 course meal including drinks was reasonable

J.Nice old walk in pub for lunch. The food was ok. I had pork belly which was cut into bite sized chunks and scattered over salad. This made it go cold so not so nice. I hope they address the fly problem, they were a nuisance . Nice coffee and good value for money. Great staff.

J.Our group of 17pax dined here, it was lovely. Nice ambience and the staff were polite and accommodated us upon arrival. It was a busy saturday dinner service as it was packed of locals. I had scotch fillet and it was nice, a bit small for the price I guess. Overall we had a great night. A must visit when your down Thames.

E.Loved the food here yum yum super tasty indeed I had pork belly salad and my client had the lamb salad. We shared this they ran out of burgers.. And they apologised . I eat out a lot and this was really tasty indeed. Will return here.

A.We went to GBD today for a family celebration lunch. Karl and the staff were so welcoming, the food was great, drinks were reasonably priced, and they made some special personal touches once they realised we were having a celebration which both amazed and touched us. We will definitely be back and we will always have a lovely memory of a special family day.

S.We arrived on a Friday night at 7.30 and what a vibrant place this was. Authentic old world decor with old phones and radios to look at. This made the place really interesting and cool to be at. Staff were busy but friendly. Waitress was excellent. Knew her stuff and was friendly and professional. Great selection of beers. Menu was detailed and it all sounded yummy. Food waiting time was about right for us allowing enough time for 2 drinks and time to soak up the atmosphere. Food was absolutely top notch. I couldn't have asked for my steak to be nicer. Was hot, tender, exactly how I had asked for it. So nice. My wife had the duck and she was extremely satisfied too. We didn't want to leave so we shared a piece of Grahams Pecan pie and that was very delicious indeed. Highly highly highly recommend this place. Absolutely outstanding. AA++++

Saturday was ultra busy but the staff were excellent and we were never left wanting for anything. Take my hat of to you all for a fantastic service. Keep up the great work.

I had the pork belly pizza and I could not fault it. I was expecting there to be a tiny bit of pork belly on each slice... but I was so pleased to be wrong! So much delicious pork belly!
My partner has the fisherman's basket and he was also very pleased with his. Well seasoned and not greasy.
I will be recommending this place to everyone that comes to Thames. We will definitely be back!
C.Cool place, good vibe on Tuesday’s with their quiz night. Pizzas were yummy and salad was good.
H.We ate here twice. Once for a drink and a quick bite (tapas) and then back for dinner later on. The food is excellent. My wife said it was the best steak she had ever tasted. My ribs were great with the meat just falling ofd the bones. Service was great.

M.Food was fantastic. Had a creamy mushroom on ciabatta and pork belly afterwards. Both were fairly inexpensive, delicious and an equivalent meal could have gone for maybe double the price in one of the bigger cities. Good find, would recommend.

M.Great food, but ordered a wither hills sav which was very nice, ordered another and did not get wither hills. When I mentioned this, I was advised that I had received a house white the first glass!! Aahhh no it wasn't I know my wine. I really felt they tried to swindle me, charge me for a more expensive wine and give me a cheaper one. Not very happy they tried to cover this up rather that admit their mistake. Alot of people may not ever know but I certainly did. Hope this is not common practice for this restaurant .
