M.Been going thru the drive thru was great service. It seems at times they forget to put some items in please check before leaving. But most of the time they are good
r.Food good but order time is a real let down.the team does great but would be better if you had a order box to place order.any time of the day after 11:00am when they open it's very SLOW.🐢🍗😉
V.I absolutely enjoy KFC. But the Timaru KFC has appaling service. Not only is the place always messy. The tables rarely get wiped down and the floor hasn't seen a broom. There is always room to improve. Preferably take the drive thru. And hope for a long line because atleast you know you'll get fresh chicken and not something that's been sitting in the warmer looking more dried out than a dried apricot 🤣🤣🤣
L.My KFC late lunch was flippen yummy. Fixed me up a treat and was just what I wanted😊👍
C.I was served by nivik she was very polite snd my was food was very hot and fresh really enjoyed it
D.Busy time for hospitality industry the lady on front counter was doing amazing job. Kept her composer and stayed polite. Personally felt she definitely could have used help. My food was well cooked super tasty and I really enjoyed it. My chips could have used some salt but that's neither here nor there
C.Now that the discrimination passes are gone, I can once again enjoy KFC, which is always good.
R.Tidy outlet, clean restrooms, great KFC, friendly staff. Recommended.
V.Busy. Slow going through drive through. But the young lady that was working both windows was doing a fabulous job. Service with a smile even though she was under the pump. Management could consider increasing staff at peak service time.

P.We did a click & Collect, we were very disappointed with this service. Booked it online got a time, were there waiting for our number to be called, and were still waiting 20 minutes later. People who just walked in got served before us. Very disappointed

B.Don't be surprised when you see my car there every week. Sometime they're just so busy that the wait is crazy. They're doing their best, but just pick your time to get chicken wisely.
M.Staff very nice. Food great quality and presentation considering 30mins to closing.
E.Two times now they keep forgetting to put my extra coleslaw order.
B.Not bad , not great , but ok one a week or less

R.Rarely go here (like, twice per decade) but tonight had to wait about 10 mins or more outside, then another 10 plus mins inside before ordering. Once ordered though, food came quickly. No dining allowed. Take away only.

He coped very well he should have had someone helping abit unfair expecting 1 person to do everything. Unnecessary stress for staff. As there was a Queue of people waiting behind me. M.Dealt with a large queue superbly and very friendly staff. Toilets and eating area suffered a bit because of being busy.
T.My cars radiator literally exploded in the drive thru and the kfc workers were so nice and helped me pushed it into the briscoes car park. 10/10 kfc workers are the backbone of society
C.We love KFC but this place is pretty standard and needs more stuff specifically in maintaining the cleanliness. Always busy every time we go in or drive through. Which sometimes cause inconvenience because our order is wrong or missing something. And if your lucky enough you'll get a grumpy server to correct your order. Lol. I know it's not easy job and probably less pay but please maintain the cleanliness of the working area and the whole place and pay attention to details. And nothing wrong in greetings the customer with smile. Oh one more thing original chicken is always suggy and oily.
C.It was good, but it was so busy we ended up having quite a few pieces of chicken that were dry.
V.Of all the KFC outlets we have been to, this Timaru outlet has consistently given good service, good chicken portions and not overcooked or dried out food. Well done Timaru. A lot of other outlets could learn a lot from your efficiency
T.Almost always a long wait. Food is kinda average although you can never go wrong with a double down when the promotion is on. Krushers are nice every so often.
N.It's a standard sort of KFC. Good staff. Don't have to wait to long for your order depending on what time you go. Off peak hours your orders are done relatively fast.
H.Access is difficult especially when people are heading home from work.
Carpark needs to be upgraded as they are also hard to access due to competition from McDonalds next door. The food was amazing.

D.Been here more times than I would care to admit to lately. Can be very busy at times with a bit of a wait but staff are always working hard to get orders out. There are way worse KFC out there than this one
S.First time in a few years thst ive had kfc. Tasted nice but they must use msg. Very thirsty hours later
A.Need to sort out the store entrance. The alignment to the counter and the queues end up heading out the door, which are automatic opening and closing for people that can't move.
N.I most often use the drive through, however it is tidy and roomy inside.

N.Very friendly and CLEAN KFC. Whats even better is that the food was freshly cooked and delicious. Could this be the best KFC in the South? If you're craving for dirty bird then consider the Timaru KFC.
