Food was good, took a long time though. Don't go to KFC much, every time I do I can't help but wonder why they get the person taking the orders to also handle the food assembly, in doing so ignoring the next person in the queue

The problem I have is the inconsistancy. This time staff member was surly & chicken & chips looked like they'd been sitting for hours & were not very hot - big disappointment. Previous time friendly staff, piping hot chicken & chips - delicious - get it right every time & would be 5 stars. It's not like it's a cheap meal anymore - need to do better!

Ty Angel for the service tonight, also for ensuring that NO salt/seasoning on our chips, been awhile but was so good getting home and everything was correct on my order. Considering Angel was slammed with orders n under pressure you sure did Awesome.

Fortunately the Chicken was Hot and Fresh, unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The floors were slippery and the tables needed cleaning. It was busy through the drive through, however one staff member commented that staff shouldn't clock off before checking the restaurant was clean. We enjoyed our once yearly meal.

Went there twice, to and from my trip. Staff are very friendly and the Hawaiian burgers were on the better scale of KFC burgers I've had before. The facilities could use some work but I see this as more of a pass through and less of a dining in experience so that's fine by me.

From Australia, first stop to kfc in tokoroa, they seemed understaffed and nicely told everyone there would be a slight wait on some products. We didn't wait long at all but we received our order not too long after and for an inconvenience they gave us chips! But the order time took just as long as you would get a normal order from Australia Good service The food was delicious Love the krushers (don't make a mistake and remove them like Australia did) Will definatelly return if we pass by

It's Kentucky duck, mostly the same as any other, but being in Tokaroa with a large island community, it have to be pretty damn good. Nicely situated just off state highway 1 with plenty of packing for you have a break from travelling.

Best chicken ever! Live in Rotorua but went here just before closing, on a Sunday, wondering if there would be anything available. Wasn't disappointed. Best chicken I have ever tasted. Skin was so delish. Chicken itself was beautifully moist. Way better than the offerings in Rotorua, by a country mile. There was a little wait because of folks in the drive-thru...it is SH1 after all. But I was pleasantly surprised, by how good it was. Service on point. Will I be back? Hell yeah! If I had 1 recommendation, it would be to season the chips well please. Other than that, it was yum yum yum!

Fresh food!! Was so good on our way back to Auckland. However 5 stars goes to the maori lady who was holding the fort on monday 8th july. Trying to train & deal with long lines of customers.
