Meal was good ,but they weren't listening to my order an gave me the wrong meal...one I didn't want, it was probably a language problem im guessing ? Dont think the toilets had been checked for a while either ! They weren't busy an yet still got my order wrong , we were the only ones there at the time ....ordered 3 meals an spent $60 ,so we were good paying customers.

Heaps of parking and decent sized dinning with a few games off to the side. Staff seem a bit slow sometimes and often get confused with simple orders. Food generally good.

The food was yummy and hot but didn't end up eating in because the store was filthy. Basically every table top had food, drink or sauce on it and the seats were OK but not much better. At least we know to only drive-thru or take home. If we had used drive-thru this rating would have been 5 stars because the food was great!

The bugers were really nice, tasty and hot. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was a starting to get out of control with mess and seemed to be short staffed to handle this at a busy time. Otherwise it was an enjoyable meal.

First time to Upper Hutt Burger King. We were heading North and decided to try out the new Buttermilk burger. The store was clean and staff friendly and efficient and the burger was excellent. I don't normally go to BK but would definitely go back for this burger.

Went through drive-thru, ordered my burger without mayo, but when I got it it had mayo in it. When my husband went inside, the staff served him quickly, replaced the burger and gave us free extra fries. Thanks for handling the situation well.

The meal is normally good, but the caramel sundae sauce tasted like medicine. My dad tasted it, and it was fine for him, so maybe it's just me.

We arrived at about 6 pm and was pleasantly surprised that the place was not too busy or crowded. It was our first visit to this joint and it was all positive: from the short queue, polite service delivered with a smile, to the seating (chose the sofa and armchair option with a view, although the table needed clearing and cleaing), and the expected standard of the food, BK-UH delivered. It's good for customers to know that they can rely on BK's consistent performance regardless of their individual location, and so make for a good dining experience even if it's their first visit there. We will be happy to revisit BK-UH when we need to refuel fast now that we have touched base, after having driven past it countless times.

Not my favourite Burger King. Half the time the drive thru is closed. The inside is usually pretty messy - I try to avoid going in. Service can be bad (seems to be understaffed at the front counter). However never had a bad burger from there.
