Surprisingly better than we thought! The wrap was delicious, though rather small (definitely get some sides!) & the colonel burger was yummy. Nice clean restaurant as well.

Disappointed Luke warm chips Potato and gravy was half way in the container . The double double down burger deal wasn't a deal at all and the chicken pieces were dry and are so small they must come from juvenile or starving chickens. The original and zinger burgers tasted okay but they are a small burger for the price and the reg soft drink size is definitely small. Not at all how I remembered KFC

It's a 3 from me today as the order TOOK. Forevaaaaaaaaaaaa. Lunch time snack the 7 dolla one 12min. Don't think I'll be going back. But if I did I would make sure to drive by slowly and make sure it's not to busy

Came here with my dad once, drive through took too long so we ate in. It was very good KFC and they were really good with taking the deals and stuff. Overall I would recommend going here, but just stay away from the drive through..... please.

They had a long line at the counter and full drive through but managed to turn orders around somewhat extraordinarily. Service was great, food was hot and about as 'fresh' as you could ever hope for. Pleasantly surprised by this store.

Havent been to KFC for ages. Drive through was out to the road and queue inside was out to the door so I'm guessing they've really upped their game but service the was pretty fast considering. Food was what you expect, service pretty good with a smile and was nice and clean....not bad at all

Kfc is always hit or miss, this particular kfc is OK, apart from the time staff mocked my accent over the intercom and when they occasionally forget parts of my order. OK kfry, but proceed with caution.

Always good food. Not always the greatest service. Eftpos machines are constantly down, and little initiative is taken to keep the customers happy e.g putting signs up that eftpos is down, at the entrance of the drive thru

Has it's day's where it can be good eating from there and day's where you wished you didn't go. Biggest problem for a while was missed items of food or no spoons to eat the potato n gravy. Has some good staff though.

A standard KFC, the chips have chicken salt on them which, as far as I've seen is unique to NZ. That aside the chicken burgers are a bit ordinary You're better off having the chicken drumsticks or breasts.

wicked wings are fantastic, they do need to clean the drive though wireless efpos machine that thing is the most oily thing in Upper Hutt, I'm surprised the Amercians haven't invaded Upper Hutt to take it.

When you go into Upper Hutt this is a must stop. Go in and ask for Amelia, she is the best KFC girl ever. She is a spirit animal to many. If Amelia isn't there walk out.
