K.Surprisingly better than we thought! The wrap was delicious, though rather small (definitely get some sides!) & the colonel burger was yummy. Nice clean restaurant as well.
X.No complaints about Food. Could be better if waiting is lessened but overall all good.
C.It's KFC good food service friendly did feel we overstayed our welcome.
M.This store is ok but the price changes everyday even when you order the same thing. Some need manners as well.
N.I love the chips here I mean although kfc is often complained about I never had a bad experience

Potato and gravy was half way in the container .
The double double down burger deal wasn't a deal at all and the chicken pieces were dry and are so small they must come from juvenile or starving chickens.
The original and zinger burgers tasted okay but they are a small burger for the price and the reg soft drink size is definitely small.
Not at all how I remembered KFC
D.The food was hot and fresh. The team were quick to fill the order. I am impressed. It was my first NZ KFC experience. Keep it up, team!
J.If you ask for extra seasoning, they give you none. Not kidding, zero.
J.It's a 3 from me today as the order TOOK. Forevaaaaaaaaaaaa. Lunch time snack the 7 dolla one 12min. Don't think I'll be going back. But if I did I would make sure to drive by slowly and make sure it's not to busy
M.Observation: Check your bag that your order is all there before walking off.
O.Came here with my dad once, drive through took too long so we ate in. It was very good KFC and they were really good with taking the deals and stuff. Overall I would recommend going here, but just stay away from the drive through..... please.

O.Always check your order if ordering inside or drive thru. 9 times out of 10 something is missing.
B.They had a long line at the counter and full drive through but managed to turn orders around somewhat extraordinarily. Service was great, food was hot and about as 'fresh' as you could ever hope for. Pleasantly surprised by this store.
S.Havent been to KFC for ages. Drive through was out to the road and queue inside was out to the door so I'm guessing they've really upped their game but service the was pretty fast considering. Food was what you expect, service pretty good with a smile and was nice and clean....not bad at all
B.Great food, fast service. Normally polite & friendly but this experience was ruined by rude drive thru operator. Why do they put rude people on the drive thru window.
A.Big improvement n chicken as it should be crispy skin n the famous chicken salt on the chips still need to remember plain gravy when ordered haha

v.I didn't know how to use the self order machine so it took me longer to order my food.

R.Kfc is always hit or miss, this particular kfc is OK, apart from the time staff mocked my accent over the intercom and when they occasionally forget parts of my order. OK kfry, but proceed with caution.
E.Always good food. Not always the greatest service. Eftpos machines are constantly down, and little initiative is taken to keep the customers happy e.g putting signs up that eftpos is down, at the entrance of the drive thru
N.Our regular , Bex and Thomas plus all the other lovely staff meet our requirements, often our orders filled before we place it 😀 😊

J.Has it's day's where it can be good eating from there and day's where you wished you didn't go.
Biggest problem for a while was missed items of food or no spoons to eat the potato n gravy.
Has some good staff though.
K.The food is getting better. The service was fine but the tables were grubby and as in many fast food restaurants the floors were covered in grease. Hopefully no one slips over!!!!!

J.A standard KFC, the chips have chicken salt on them which, as far as I've seen is unique to NZ. That aside the chicken burgers are a bit ordinary
You're better off having the chicken drumsticks or breasts.

they do need to clean the drive though wireless efpos machine
that thing is the most oily thing in Upper Hutt, I'm surprised the Amercians haven't invaded Upper Hutt to take it.
R.When you go into Upper Hutt this is a must stop. Go in and ask for Amelia, she is the best KFC girl ever.
She is a spirit animal to many.
If Amelia isn't there walk out.
