A modern and classic McDonalds fast food outlet store in Silverstream. With the latest meal ordering tools for its in store customers. The staff are always helpful and positive. We'll worth a visit for great service.

Kiosk wanted to charge me more for one of the coupon deals but the staff were quick to sort it at the counter. Thanks. Always great when we visit here.

Always friendly, hardly ever gets an order wrong and when they do they offer to add in something else for the inconvenience. Coffee from McCafe is always spot on, you can always taste the extra shots and the quality. Only suggestion is the one time I ordered hot cakes for the kids and paid for them, they arrived with no maple syrup when I went to ask for some they didn't have any maple syrup. Kind of defeats the whole purpose ordering them because thats pretty much the whole reason the kids want hot cakes so maybe remove them from selection next time that happens or have a message on self service that tells customers before they purchase.

Was quite busy for a friday night but we got our food quite fast, they mucked up my drink but the girl who was delivering to the tables was very apologetic and was running everywhere! Felt so sorry for her! Don't know why she was running but if you need more staff get more staff ffs. Only a 4 star because of that girl!

It is pretty clear that human to staff interaction here is minimized when you approach the counter. Kinda like everythings touch screen order which is great for tech savys but prepare to wait if you are old school🙄😴. As it happens a senior staff member who was there at the time, bless her soul, took notice and asked Can I help, boom face to face interaction thank you. Manager was there the whole time i was there and didnt say Boo, too busy fiddling with something. Big shout out to the kind old lady👌👍

Bins full & dirty floors - there over hour bins were fixed just before we left. Counter very greasy & finger prints a bit yucky - sorry may need more staff on.
