N.Not always the best quality of food for a KFC restaurant, wait times are usually terrible so make sure you're patient
N.Meal was fresh chips which are a biggie for me where some of the best I have had an the guy who served me during covid was a champ

M.Service and food quality has gone up! I think anyway. As a local they decided to get people in who want to feed the locals good food! I think it's the young boys I there who do the best job actually

I.Yum but staff were m.i.a for a bit saw another customer stand at counter for 5 minutes n end up getting in their car n going through drive thru cause no one came to serve him. Also music was loud especially for my elderly uncle who can hardly hear at the best of times.

A.Not sure if it was just because we were there early (around 10:30) but must have been the cleanest KFC in NZ, staff was friendly and kids chicken fresh.

C.Visited this kfc whilst in holiday. Was very busy but the pleasant female staff member was very patient with my ordering as I dont usually go to kfc and no idea. She suggested the cheapest combos to accommodate what I wanted and swapped out some items to make it work for me. Excellent fast service and very clean.
O.ngl I thought I was eating a cat but it was in fact chicken
S.Didn't give us our proper meal.and noone was cleaning down tables or monitoring in between. Did enjoy the food thoigh. And staff is friendly.
R.It was good, but our order wasn't right and we didn't have time to go back and get it put right. Hope others don't have the same problem.
n.Great chicken as per, the queue can be pretty bad though.

R.I have been some times when guests are at mine but I it is a spot to drop in, very popular. It would nice to clean your tables out when yous have eaten....staff are very busy to help do it for those who eat. Respect that you had a meal.

F.Friendly service. But often a lengthy wait to order and another wait to receive your order. Appears to be undersized given the size of geographical area served. Needs to be expanded (or another location established in a nearby town) in order to cater for demand.
N.Filthy bathrooms. Avoid taking your children into the lavatory if possible. I judge how dirty the kitchen is on how dirty the bathroom is. I will be seeking to speak to the manager on this note. I used to clean such places. Don't get your staff to clean the lavatories please. Get qualified cleaners. Disgusting!

T.The first time in a while I was given what I ordered from KFC in a while haha, I love their food, but jeez they need to listen better. This place got it spot on and damn well tasted amazing.

R.Althouth this is a small town, there were a lot of customers. And I dont feel they dealt with the overflow too well. The wait was a little long, and they had a trainee on at this time. Food however was excellent.

J.Need to have more staff, KFC drive through needs alot more speed. apart from that its KFC. Every time I've been through this drive through it's been a long wait for meals especially when it's a family restaurant and your children have to wait. It has been like this for us for a few years plus, I do understand when they have the rush after sports. it at other times it's still slow.
L.Sooo busy tonight, pretty rough on staff and customers alike with only 3 people allowed in store. The lady who served me was a rock star and the rest of the staff where working so hard to get all the orders out
J.Great food, love the customer service. Here's a list of pros and cons.
Pros:
- Not too far into town and isn't hard to find.
- Quick arrival, (even in peak hours).
- Great customer service.
- Clean tables, (if dirty then a waiter will clean it).
- Public WiFi.
- Great place for the whānau.
Cons:
- Screaming babies.
- College kids act autistic when they're either ordering or eating. One was bouncing up and down.
- A possibility, (if you're a girl) you may be served in the drive thru by a teenager, and she will probably say "Wham bam, thank you ma'am" after your order. Trust me, it happened when I was in the car with my mum ordering füd.
Final score: 6/9
