J.Quiet, peaceful, clean and professional plus a swimming pool and the shade of beautiful established trees....a home away from home. We loved this campground and will be back. Rosie also went out of her way to rescue our gear from a tropical downpour which we really appreciated.
M.We were here using a powered motorhome site. Really loved our stay, very quiet, tranquil setting amongst the trees. Facilities old but immaculately clean. Very friendly manager and a great restaurant 100m down the road called Down Thyme.
S.We LOVED staying here. It was just one night but very peaceful, clean bathrooms, awesome water pressure, great little kitchen. And a pool!

S.Clean clean clean, I think they know the tooth fairy because it's so clean they must use a toothbrush for every corner. Lovely atmosphere for swimming yoga & cooking with the friendly locals. A 10+
S.Second time there and it's very peaceful. The facilities are getting a bit tired and both dryers were out of order. $20 a head for unpowered is steep though.
D.Stayed one night in a cabin. Bed was fantastic as was the cabin, it was modern, and clean. Toilet facilities were clean, plenty of hot water and the host/owner was very nice. Wonderful idyllic setting will definitely stay again.
J.Brilliant! Started off with a friendly welcome and just got better! The grounds are fantastic, the facilities are wonderful and clean and the price was great, 10/10 from us for sure. We stayed just one night (unfortunately) in our van and we would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
L.This place is centered around an old restored homestead converted into a bed and breakfast style motel. The scenery is very nice, but the place wreaks of unprofessionalism, multiple families hanging around doing different things, so hard to tell who's staff and who's just come along with the family for the ride. Facilities were fairly run down, but the WiFi was alright.
This place could really be successful, if it had enough money and effort put into it, and the right people. At the moment, it doesn't look like that's it.

S.My son and I stayed a few months back. We loved the location and camp. The new owners are great. They are working hard to improve the entire property.

J.without luxary facilities, this site gave me a quiet and home like feel when on my way to auckland. victoria battery will be on the way too, must go there just like Laputor!
