Most underrated place in Wanaka. People are lovely, food is incredible and it feels like travelling somewhere else that is not Wanaka. Thank you... I look forward to the next experience. :)

This restaurant is really good place to visit. Food is good and staff is friendly. When my family went there, it was almost break time but they were still friendly.
"Curry Combo" was a great choice for my family. We all were very satisfied and would like to come again!

Great momos, friendly staff. Great value. Food came out nice and hot
A.
Great curry and we only waited at most 15 minutes. We got dumplings and lamb tikka masala with garlic naan.
It was nice, flavourful, exactly as expected and not too expensive.
Will go again!

We used to call this place CURRY IN A HURRY! I came back after not being here for a few years and prayed that it was still around. I called for takeout at like 9:53 and asked if I could still get takeout since they closed at 10. The dude said, "If you get here in 7 minutes." GOT IT! Cool guys. Tasty food...even after all these years...and even at the end of the evening.

This is the best curry spot we have found in Wanaka... We have tried almost the whole menu. Great value and always extremely friendly service from Ada 😊. Highly recommended (especially the onion bhajis and samosas if you want to leave over full).

We had two curries (chicken & lamb), a naan bread and rice for two people for about $40. It was delicious and one of our favorite meals during our trip. It was also quieter without the bar scene we spotted in the restaurants on the main street. We would go there again if visiting Wanaka. Yummy.

Friendly place. However, I recommend asking for extra mild as our mild was way too spicy and hardly eaten. We received free yogurt when I double checked and indeed it was confirmed mild,b that didn't really help especially with dairy intolerance.

Very friendly staff and nice food! They should put mango lassi in the drinks menu (I had to ask the staff if they have it) because it is deliciously refreshing! They also didn't charge extra on a public holiday (we went on the Waitangi Day). Food price was affordable. Recommended!
T.
Really nice curries, just what the doctor ordered after a big day up at Cardrona . See you next time!

Adorable little cafe style, very quick service for lunch. I even have time to dine in on my lunch breaks at work, that’s how quick it is! I come nearly weekly for the lunch special, the vege korma is beautiful, and the mango lassi are so dreamy! Not particularly spicy, but I’m sure they will increase the spice if you ask. The servers are always so pleasant.

Food was delicious and the service was great! Great meal after hiking up Roys Peak!

Probably the cheapest Indian restaurant at Wanaka, at excellent spot and really nice overall place.
We ordered Mumo, chicken tikka masala and chicken nigiri (or something similar by name, it was herbs based gravy), and paid 41$ for 2 people. The mumo and nigiri were ok, but the tikka masala was great (and cheap, only 11$ with bowl of rice). The service was friendly, but incredibly slow (it was pretty busy, though). Would love to eat there again, but might prefer to take-away after a phone order to avoid the waiting.

Went there last night and got the Tikka, it was a bit on the bland side. The serve size was good though, and the cheese and garlic naan was perfect.
My partner got the jal frezzi and liked it, her aloo paratha was average.

The best word is the best & most suitable for this place. The best customer service, the best value for money. Overall above & beyond expectations & really impressed with food, service & value for money.
Lucky to visit this place on our trip to Wanaka & will visit again on our next trip for sure as its on our to do things in our next Wanaka trip.
Highly & honestly recommend this place for all or at least try once. hopefully can't prove me wrong.....

Seekh kebab and chicken kadai was average didn't have much flavor. Gravy was too runny. Biryani however was spot on. Great service and good price range too.
B.
Got the vegetarian naan and it hit the spot perfectly! Great price and comfy dining area. Would highly recommend for one of those nights where you just don’t know what you want to get. Enjoy!
J.
Awesome curry!
Had the butter chicken, full of meat, sauce tasted amazing and garlic naan actually had little strips of garlic on it!
Would recommend any day!

A small cafe that does take away as well as having a half a dozen or so tables.
We received cheerful service.
The meal was quite good at a reasonable price.
Will remember this place for our next visit.
C.
Authentic indian and nepalese food from a lovely family. The vegetarian options we had were delicious and absolutely heartwarming!
C.
Nice cosy & warm restaurant with friendly staff. Food is good enough, but a bit sweet for my tastes.
Obtaining a liquor licence would improve the restaurant.
Menu board with DIY price updates looks very tacky
L.
Good and delicious curry in a hurry ;) we tried lots of currys from the menu already and I like all of them! Super friendly staff and a good place to eat. We ll be back soon!

Very good and accommodating to our large group of 7. Food was amazing with a great price. The music was the climax of our experience with great club beats.
S.
Great food . Great service . They were really quick serving the order . Food was yummy . Can’t fault anything . Lamb was melting in the mouth and dishes were full of flavour.

Best Jalfrezi I have ever had!! Being a local and tried all the similar restaurants in town this is the best value, most generous serving and mind blowing tasty one there is hands down.
W.
Service was ok. But if you know Indian food, and expect high quality Indian food, not here. Definitely edible. But not great.
R.
The food was outstanding, the service great. Okay it is small and a little tired....but get there.
Cheap and so full of flavour 👍👌

Best place to get curry in wanaka by far, good price for the quality and quantity of food you get

(Translated) The store came to find a place to charge the camera battery. I wandered around, I thought it was a little cheaper in my pocket.
Honestly, the view is not a pretty shop but it is recommended if you are a poor traveler. Curry was perfect for Korean taste and it was better than I thought for cola!
The staff here don't write the review well.
recommendation!
Oh WiFi is also available!
Photo is $ 16 special! Curry rice, I've got all the cola
