R.Delicious food, great service. First time we’ve been but won’t be the last. The crumbed mushrooms and fettuccine were fantastic and our nine year old (who loves bolognese) said it was the best spaghetti she’d ever had. High praise indeed but justified!
R.Aldo's was recommended to us, and after visiting for lunch with an old friend I understand why. The food was just beautiful, tasty clean flavours , and fresh. We choose to have a selection of entrees to share and the soup was even separated into 2 bowls without asking. The service was quick and, helpful - with just the right suggestions to complete the meal. To top it off they also make perfect coffee with a amoretto biscuit on the side. All reasonably priced. It would even be worth a day to Warkworth just to come for lunch, and a walk around the village .Thank you for a special lunch.

B.Very nice meal and great service! If I could give 4 and a half I would. Only disappointment was the meat was not from the local butcher! But very nice over all :)

J.Best Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at. Best thing is my husband is coeliac and they catered to him, he had crispy calamari cooked to perfection and an amazing pasta dish! Best he has ever had. Can't rate highly enough. Great staff that make you feel really welcome. Highly recommend.

G.Possibly the best European bistro in NZ? Everything has been perfectly set, from the unpretentious menu (similar to what you'd expect to see in any small town Italian bistro) to the simple wine list, to the decor, setting and friendly (I assume family?) staff. The food is authentic, and as you would expect, perfectly presented - not too salty, sweet, minimal or over done. A true gem in the heart of Warkworth.
