R.The amount I could say about this takeaway is endless. The service and dining experience I received was just perfect, everyone was happy and joyful and we bonded as friends later on. There was a young worker there who was apparently the boy of the owner (who was kind of hot too ladies ;)). The food I ordered, which was the chicken fried rice, was very exquisite as it left my taste buds and my stomach to order more for hours and on. The fish and chips tasted very fresh like it was pulled out of the ocean, and was of course served to me by the hot fellow Asian boy. Definitely my favorite places to eat even on a special night out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (don't steal my boy though ;) )
J.the fish and chips are delicious here, the service is great and with reasonable prices, the chips you can definitely taste its made out of fresh new oil, this place is a step above usual takeaways, that was my first time going to this take away and the food was actually astonishing, i definitely would be coming here more again . :))

M.I recommend their burgers, they make a really good burger. Also great wedges and thick shakes. The only downside to this place, is it is so popular you will probably have a little wait. They do phone orders if you want to avoid the wait. They staff are always friendly

A.Best value family run Takeaway around. Huge selection of Western & Chinese style meals. Recently renovated and spotlessly clean. Staff very efficient, portions very good, pricing good value for money. 2 drinks fridges, rolled and Snow freeze ice creams available. Small amount of seating outside, parking no problem.

B.Great service from friendly, experienced owners, good food, excellent fish and chips. The fried noodles are a tasty and filling meal. A good selection of burgers, extras are easy. Fried chicken always goes down well. Ice cream, Milk shakes... A vast menu. Returning customers are remembered and appreciated as regulars.

A.Recently had a total makeover, much improved. Very good value for $$, everything fresh and tasty. Portion sizing good, even their basic hamburger is a Dbl Pattie job. With all the Rabbit Food etc. Cooking Oil is changed regularly, service is efficient.
English is 2nd language but not a problem.

k.ON 07/08/2018, Ordered 2 sausages and chips ,times two. Got a extra sausage not ordered and was charged $4.20 FOR COOKING , WHY!. 5 sausages $10, two chips $6, and $4.20cooking fee!.

The after fishing, beach day or surf trip munch is gold. If you want a flash takeaways then keep heading back to the city.
I've been stopping here throughout the various different owners (I guess they must have changed some over the years) for about 35 odd years, ever since just a wee germ with a polystyrene surfboard marching in there with the family after a hard day at the beach.
Now my own son relishes in the knowing that on the way back to the city after a fishing or beach trip up North we are going to get a feed there on the way back and head to the wharf to feed the ducks too!.
The food has always been what it should be after a day at the beach, and while there might be the odd let down here and there as some reviews suggest, this is an after beach takeaways - that's what they are founded on and service.
A cool place to stop for some fried chicken, fish and chips to take down to the wharf.
Don't expect an A grade environment, just expect a good feed from a mean takeaways that in my opinion is a local to Warkworth gem, that many of us have grown up knowing well.
Have ice cream too - deadly for after fish and chips!!
