Our family had a good experience here. We dined inside the restaurant. Nice and clean. Quick service. Staff wasn't too bad a smile would definitely make it better. Lack of high chairs inside the restaurant was the only disappointment but food was great 👍

Went through Tuesday 4th Jan, afternoon nearing 4.00pm. The young man taking orders in the drive thru was brilliant, he listened and got the order 100% correct. The food was also fresh, the coffee very nice, the young lady handing the order out communicated well. Much appreciated after a long drive.

I was greeted by a really polite young man at drive through, and a friendly young lady at pick up window. Got exactly what I ordered, everything was fresh and the mac jr was delish. I even got serviettes. What compelled me to make the review was the manners and friendly service.

It was a super hot summer day and sitting inside didn't help much. It was a little messy but I suppose most customers come via drive through. Food was the same as you'd expect at another branch.

Great. Classic McDonald's. Have been awesome but it's very busy on weekends. A reminder, check you have everything before you pull out of the drive through.

Was a busy place with the drive through. Food was fine as expected. The only reason it's not a 5 star result is because the order screens seemed to be playing up but staff were great

Easy stop going north or south. Just off the main road. Gas station adjacent. Convenient for us when not wanting to waste time.

Service was slow spoke to cashier at drive through short staffed (covid) Ican under stand that not the only ones under pressure

Open 24 by 7 as the drive through serve food all the time. Has indoor and outdoor seating area. Tables for small to medium size group and high chairs available as well.

Maccas are all ok. Our boy loved it as maccas are his fav take out.

It's Maccas..drive-thru..service was fast, not a word exchanged. Brilliant I suppose.

All good. Consistent. And the the four burger with bites Favourites meal is the best value for our family of 5 at the moment. I tried to take a picture of the food but the kids were so hungry it was all gone in the time it took for the camera app to open. 😊

This Mc Donalds is Average they either mess up your order so you have to drive back to correct it or you get half the amount of fries in your packet that are cold and not very appealing

Food is, well, exactly as you expect. Service very good. Car park is very small though. Sooo many people using the disabled parking when waiting for orders when they shouldn't. Maybe staff should address this?

On a busy day expect a decent wait... But compared to the traffic jams in the area this is minor in comparison.

Easy access to get from my home coz near by and also convenient the store near by BP petrol station for the service excellent if use drive thru

Had breakfast burger hash brown Coffee was yum found Human hair in burger and hash brown Didn't return as we ate our Food nearly to wellsford Was only one meal that had Hair in it

Staff were so friendly and awesome, well mannered. The tables were kept tidy and clean. The bathrooms could be kept up a little more but everything is awesome.

The fastest service I've ever had from the self order screens. I created my own unique order with all my personal preferences and about a minute later my order was delivered to my table with absolutely no mistakes which is a first for me (every other store ive been to seems to stuff something up with my order). Would fully recommend!

It was okay. The meat in the burger was a bit greasy.

Would've gave 5 stars but the order we placed was ignored and I was still given cheese on my McMuffin other then that everything was yum and fresh

Slightly better food than the normal maccas, but they have incredible service here! I use a wheelchair and they ran out of table numbers and they still bought the food to me and helped me. So thankful!!

Good burgers and staff are good at getting your order correct via drive through. But some staff need to learn how to say 'hello' and greet customers. Especially at the last window where you pick your food up from.

Stopped in on the way home from Oakura, ate outside, tables not clean and a smell from the ground..Manager on shift brought out meal and was nice and had staff come straight away to clean outside as he saw when delivering food which was good!

Poor drive through and parking design lets the place down. Burgers and chips were excellent and staff are nice enough. Hence 3 stars. However we were asked to park up to get our order (which was fine) except the single park couldnt fit our 4WD so drove out front but cars blocked up as drivers were constantly going the wrong way around the park. The turn into any park nearby was too tight and required doing a lap of the carpark which had no free parks. Resulted in us driving out and running back. Lol. Some simple tips to owner would be to add more signage and markers to direct traffic correctly. Maybe go clockwise instead.

Not impressed with the customer service, this is usually our go to place for fast food. Our orders sometimes get mixed up however they were not willing to compensate us for time and money lost, not even with as much as an apology

Nice and clean and happy, helpful staff. There was a nice cross selection of different people, both local and travellers, doing the same as us so everyone was happy and friendly and wanted to converse, I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

Amazing stop to pick up some good from they keep the line running smoothly and with no delay.u can expect your food to be done in the first 10-15mins of ordering it

They were busy but had only 1 person taking orders. The machine where you order was located by where people were waiting for their orders. All a bit congested. Toilet and urinals needed cleaning.

The drive-through attendant working at 540pm on 7 July 2019 was the most cheerful, friendly, and clearly spoken I've ever been served by before. I hope this gets through to her manager! The food was good too.

Literally the best Mac D ! Their food are always fresh... I usually take a double Mac Chicken without the bun and I always get a box with 2 pieces of chicken thrown in there and old lettuce all over the place but this Mac D always gives me fresh lettuce between the 2 pieces of Chicken so I actually feel like I am eating a burger without getting everything everywhere . Can't resist stopping here when we drive past ! Thanks for giving us what we pay for 😁

Yummy hot food it sucks we can't refill our drinks only downfall

Stopped by on the way back from Northland. Just off Sh1 leaving Warkworth heading South. Service was quick and food hot, so hit the spot. Small outdoor seating area and some dine Inn seating.

Not the fastest service in the world. But that is definitely made up for by the quality/presentation of their products. Also note, that as this is the only McDonald's for quite some distance, they can get busy at times

Ordered a large cappuccino and mocchacino, and omg best ive ever tasted from any McDonald's in Auckland.. the lady who made it really did her best. And bravo for not forgetting the soy milk 👏

Getting used to using kiosk instead of having face to face ordering, took much longer as not easy to find items wanted. Toilets needed cleaning & bins emptied which at the early time we arrived you would expect to be sick & span.

Is clean and new . Got our food hot, burger well constructed and very quick Can’t ask for much more out of a McDonald’s visit

I would like to commend staff for the way they dealt with me on two occasions. Firstly to the manager who helped jump start a car. Thank you for acting incredibly fast especially in the way I asked. Secondly to an order which was botched in which staff promptly replaced the food with no hesitations. I am greatful. I am more than impressed with how professional the staff have been in handling both situations which were demanding to say the least. Glad to see people do their best work! Thanks

Got a share meal but didn't get a bag #sad but it's McDonald's quality is good good location to cool down from your out of Auckland holiday

Fast service for a very busy outlet. Food was fresh. Coffee would have been better if you had real sugar & not raw, but you earned your 5 star because of your fast service at a busy time

I've been there over a handful of times and fries are my must and EVERYTIME they've been fresh out of the fryer super tasty 😍 Other McDonald's need to learn how to serve hot food.

Drive through was empty, so was a quick trip, food was the usual McD's just tolerable.

A handy stop between Auckland and further North. Needs more seating as it is a convenient location for travellors. Luckily we got the one comfy table. Impressed how they were cleaning up between diners.

Clean restaurant, well made custom burger and friendly staff. What more can you want from McDonalds 🙂

Always a good stop over at the Grange. Either heading North or South through Warkworth. It's been a quick drive through experience.

The cook was very helpful and friendly. She even made me a bacon scrambled eggs and two hash browns. You are amazing for being human and using common sense

The fries have always been hot and fresh and they've never mucked up any of my orders. The one time I went inside though the place was a filthy mess so I will stick to the drive thru.

It's a Macdonald's. Good thing here is if you change your mind, there are a range of other eateries in the same complex.

A typical mc donald's restaurant. Really busy at most time, even busier on weekends; although they still server their burger quite fast. Parking spaces are limited, which make it very tricky as this restaurant is situated on the side of a major state highway.

Was not impressed with our Mocha's. They were very watered down n lacked flavour n very hot no milky froth. The kai was sweet no complaints from the mokopuna though. Get some barrister training cant beat home Whangarei Macdeez perfect marshmallow Mochas✌️

When you order a double mc chicken it really hits u in the pants. I was blown away with the chicken overload and completely satisfied. I will definitely upsize my combo there again

Located in the remote location of Warkworth, this McDonald's is a lifesaver. It's not that different from your local maccas, but it has what you need as the same way everywhere. Good and fast service. Would recommend.

They offer 24 hrs 7 days a week service. Good stop for quick bite. They even serve all day breakfast....so you can get Pan cakes!!!!! Anytime.

Ok. Not very friendly staff, and food a bit cold and taste like its sat for a while. Make this McD's a last resort stop.

Always great food, however the staff don't really care about you at all.

Typical maccas, tend to take a while as its understaffed. Often have to wait in the holding bag. The carpark is laid out back to front too, watch out for cars going the wrong way

Generally the most busy Maccas in Whangarei, so the food is usually hot and fresh. Service mostly quick and usually with a smile too.

Very busy and carpark is a nightmare - everyone going the wrong way round it. Park elsewhere down the way! Service inside was fast though not the best maccas I've had. Not very hot or fresh.

At Te Puke MacD the service is good & generally friendly. If a problem with order u receive free food even if customers at fault.

Love this new McDonalds on lincoln road what a difference great makeover happy staff even if they do get order wrong on end window if drive through .always pays to check order before u leave

your usual macca that comes with usb port built-in to the power socket so you can feed your devices when you're feeding yourself. it'll be perfect if it has more space though.
