Went through last night and it looked like only two girls working, half an hour before close and they were SLAMMED. I was so impressed with their performance, they seemed a little stressed but remained entirely polite and the order was top notch. I've had a lot of problems with this particular BK getting my order wrong consistently in the past but the order was flawless and the service was excellent, despite all the COVID complications. Great members of staff, these two, give them a pay rise!

You're tired. You're in a rush. You haven't eaten. Grab yourself some comfort carbs and catch your breath. BK is a great feed when the kids are stressing you and you want some peace and quiet. This restaurant is very clean nd the staff are great... they definitely understand their customers' needs and stresses.

Fast and friendly service most of the time, althought it can get really really packed at some points in the day! Props to the staff, never once seen them with a mask worn wrong since we went back into level 2. That being said I have had several orders messed up here, some minor (e.g. wrong sauces) and some more major like giving us the completly wrong burger. 3/5

Great place to enjoy good hot food while waiting to meet passengers flying into Wgtn Airport. They have a flight arrivals and departure screen so you can follow the flights. Very nice Onion rings and sundaes. Great burgers too.

obviously is standard BK, but don't understand why it is outside the airport. we have to walk 3 mins in cold to get a burger. No complaint about the food, only it take a bit long to serve, it was only 3 staff there that's why. Just the location that's all

Good typical Burger King chain store. There is a lot of seating upstairs (and toilets) with a view of the airport. A display of departures/arrivals is on the wall. About a 7min walk from the airport.

The location is great -- right across from Wellington airport. The Arrivals/Departures screens are a nice touch -- you can eat here while you wait for someone to arrive. The food is to an acceptable Burger King standard. The seating is quite tight -- unless you are a kid, or are as thin as a rake, you will find the booths very squishy and not particularly comfortable. Chairs rather than fixed benches / stools would fix this.

Burger King at Wellington Airport Overall this fast food is outlet is passable. Standard of service could be improved. Staff tend to be inattentive. Noise level from overhead speakers is excessive. Only one unisex toilet available which is not enough as two people were waiting when I was there. Quality of food was fine

Great location near the airport. There are even boards showing departure and arrival times of flights. There are arcade games too. Plus upstairs has lots of seating, and lots of toilets. The only drawback is that the bathrooms can sometimes be dirty, the floors can be sticky, and out of toilet paper. It can also be difficult to turn right out of the carpark (airport side) when there's lots of traffic.

Great service, feel sorry for there is no air-conditioning for the customers and the staff, the failiure to cook and grill or have no beef to cook and no ice-cream because everything is broken, more days than more. The sweaty customers, and the near death staff due to the heat is unacceptable, and though an amazing amount of people coming through there since its at an airport, its the last thing anyone wants to see or be in. Or be told to go next door to Z because they dont have their drink machine or slushy machine going. But aside from this the staff are great so good on them for going through a horrendous employment environment. Gosh we saw a staff so overwhelmed struggling with the heat she fell down the stairs, and another so red faced from the heat she had wilted just trying to get the orders done.

I ate a chicken burger & Chips. The food was delicious. The service was shocking. Qued for a very long time. Very unorganized & I stood ages waiting when they had my food ready. She said she called me & I didn't hear her. My chips went back as they were cold. The rubbish bin was overflowing to the max with rubbish on the floor by the bin. Also the table next to the rubbish bin was full of trays with rubbish on them. Not a clean place. Tables needed wiping.

Has airport departure and arrival boards which means that if you arrive early you don't get stung with airport parking...although the parking area can get hectic. Food wise...the base of also of our burgers were soggy and fell apart on route to the mouth...but they tasted good.

It's okay. It's Burger King. Next to the airport. Let's face it, if you're here it's cause you have extremely limited options. They probably won't mess up your order and it'll taste like Burger King. Drinks machine is constantly out of ice.

Burger King is Burger King, you know what you are going to get. They did rescue me from being 1/2 an hour early for a meeting on a cold night. With a warm place to sit and some chicken fries! However their drink machine (coffees/hot chocolate machine was broken 😢). So settled with the fries - better than sitting around Miramar in the cold 😀. Handy location - for me anyway!
