Perfect for brunch - we ordered a cheese scone, kedgeree, beetroot, and chicken schnitzel. This is my favourite restaurant in Wellington. Never had a bad dish here.

Delicious food, a bit pricey and the portion are not very big. If the place is busy it can be very noisy.

Dine here twice, once for the WOAP menu and the other for the 'normal' menu. Would definitely recommend the latter.

Awesome experience. Highly recommend the Chef's Bar experience, we had the most amazing time. Great staff and food.

Went here for dinner with 4 friends during Wellington on a Plate, for their Bar Salonika menu. Dinner was delicious! There was a wonderful selection of veggie and vegan dishes, which we greatly appreciated. The staff was well versed in their wine menu, and there were some interesting and unusual wines to which they knew the story. Service was great, and we really enjoyed our experience!

Amazing food, service, wine, everything! Staff were all super knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. They were able to cater to various dietary requirements no problems. The food was outstanding across the board. So good.
Highly recommended.

A perfect lunch if you want wonderful flavors and inventive dishes. I had the mashed peas and avocado with preserved lemon, Parmesan, poached egg and toast and it was absolutely delicious blend of flavors - fresh and clean. I had to try more so I also had the courgette (zucchini) spaghetti with pesto; pickled red onions; pine nuts, and arugula and it also was fresh and tasty. Despite their amazing list of fresh ice creams I am a chocolate person and decided to try the chocolate mousse with vanilla cream, chocolate crumble, and raspberry marmalade and it was perfect. Service was super friendly as well.

I came here with my partner and my mum. The atmosphere was intimate and cosy and the food was delectable. While the menu changes every week, the high standard of European soul food does not. Best to book a table in advance, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays they have a 3 course meal for $60 per person which is great value for such attentive service and quality food. They have a great selection of local and international wines, and you absolutely must try their homemade ice cream (I'm partial to the Earl Grey flavour). It was a lovely evening and a great fine dining experience. Highly recommend!
