Reviews of Hot Sauce Wellington
L.I went for dinner at Hot Sauce yesterday with my partner and some friends. The food was delicious and the plates generous, a good size for sharing I would say. The service was great, our waitress was very nice and prepared. I will definitely go back again. Highly recommended!
N.Ambiance and service good, dishes look amazing but lack the right flavours and consistency. I found the bao chewy, dry and dull, some of the "snack" dishes were too sickening or imbalanced to bother finishing. Vegetarian and kids options are quite poor/weird here - anything you might get a kid interested in is laced with too much chilli sauce. Maybe worth a visit to see some pretty artful food, but not really a good family option.

The place looks nice and vibrant. The food is not good. Some served cold, some served not cooked. It looks like not a chef is cooking maybe unexpirienced cook. We were disappointed. Lucky the staff was nice and kind.. what a shame that the menu looks great but not on the plate.
S.Good food, good service and happy staff. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the portion size is good. So think before order, mostly sharing plates.
A.Great night out with the company, food was very tasty but the portions are small, glad I wasn't paying. The staff were very good but the food came out very fast, got there at 6:30 and they brought out food for 18 of us in an hour
