This morning, my friends and I went in for some lunch. The store was very busy to say the least. The store was full of hungry frustrated customers. Probably fresh from the protests, but who’s to say. The teenage girl behind the till, who was all alone at the front and being trained up, did an exceptional job under the pressure of it all and made a significant difference to my experience of ordering. Lloma (hopefully I've spelt your name correctly) always has a smile and is really lovely. I would imagine there are probably some aggravated customers in drive thru because of the long wait lines but you are doing a great job! If I had to rate the Jville KFC solely on your customer service, it would be 5 stars.

I went there two times. The first time I waited almost 20 minutes, but I was still on waiting. And the second time it was really not that busy. I ordered two pieces of original recipe chicken. They taste really good. I think I will nor come again because the environment is not welcoming. Three stars for chicken only.

Only thing I have had there is chicken, can definitely say it's a 8/10 (5/10 being average) it's well above average.
