Leo’s gets it just right. Perfect white fish with a not too heavy batter. Think and fluffy chips. The only decision to be made is whether to get a hot dog or a donut… or both! My recommendation is to get one extra fish and save it in the fridge for the next day, especially if you’ve had one too many drinks.

Worth the trip every time.. Lovely prepared fresh cooked fish not reheated. Generous portions and good value. We travel past six other F&C shops closer to home because Leo's is better.

Pleasantly surprised to stumble across Leo's. Best crumbed fish and 1/2 scoop I've had in a while. Thanks for being open on Boxing Day!!! Will be back 😁 **UPDATE** The burgers are top notch too! Seriously good! Thank you for being open on Waitangi Day!

One of my favorite chip shops. The oil makes a great job and da the chips are nicely cooked. Burgers are well presented and large enough.

Best place in Kilbirnie for fish and chips IMO. Everything cooked nice and crispy, the best potato fritters I've had and everything great value too compared to surrounding f&c shops. Staff are friendly.
