Best seating area at a pandorro, usual fare and great coffee. Just a very loud lady there but not their fault obviously...

Had a lovely breakfast. Generous serving and very flavorsome.

Been here a few times. Coffee isn't that strong, and there is rarely a full cabinet of paninis, sandwiches, rolls etc even well before lunch. With COVID, I'd prefer food on thw counter and bread on the shelves being covered with solid coverings rather than sieve like hoods. Savoury muffins are generally tasty and there is a good selection of cake. Staff are attentive thanks to a grumpy manager who can't seem to plant a smile on his face for staff or customers.

Lovely, friendly staff. A busy vibe with all ages. A great range of bread. I had a coffee and almond croissant...not too bad.

This the other Pandoro Paneteria I have been to, and the service and coffee is good. Rest your feet from walking and go in there for a lovely cup of coffee ☕🙂

Delicious fresh cakes with vegan and GF options, great coffee and good service

The staff were very accommodating to making my meal vegan by giving me more veg and avocado instesd of egg. It was very delicious!

Keep going back, a nice space to relax and have a bite to eat. Nice coffee too.

I ordered weak latte which was too strong, but then they were happy to make me new one. Hence 5 stars for service. 👍 Come at off-peak times and you can enjoy your coffee break here. Brunch available until 2:30pm daily.

Super cute, was really empty when I came at midday on a SATURDAY. I had the veg panini for $9.70 while my friend had the date scone for $4.90 (along with an americano which she said was the best americano she's ever had). The staff were super friendly and I really enjoyed the flavours in the panini. We found a perfect table by the window and there was plenty of light being let into the cafe by the huge floor to ceiling windows. There are a lot of options which is kindof overwhelming but good.

Consistency maintained at The Willis St operations is the good news. Does this place ever get empty of customers? I doubt it with a generous sized flat white, warm, good taste, nice and creamy for a trim, plus the food is pretty tasty too! I went for something gooey in a lunchtime Croissant and well nice. Tab reasonable as well. It's a bit of a bun fight to get to the counter, order, and grab a table, but hey its popular, busy, and the service to table is fast. Just what you need for a workaday coffee/breakfast/lunch break.

Food was outstanding! The big brekkie was beautifully seasoned, cooked to perfection. Bacon delicious and mushrooms cooked in a balsamic vinegar and possibly red wine, sweet and gorgeous. Kranskies and cooked tomatoes, perfect blend. Italian style pancakes, fluffy and full of flavour, bacon, banana and maple syrup, just fantastic. The only thing that let the experience down was the attitude of one of the female staff at the counter. A blonde female. Didn't appreciate her attitude and lack of professionalism, people skills and customer service. Gave the impression she really didn't want to be there. However all other encounters with staff very pleasant and warm.

They do a great decadent iced coffee with ice cream and cream and have excellent vegetarian paninis. Service was lovely. Their large coffees are also huge - they're quad shots and come in bowls!

Tasty medium coffee ( not up for the 4 shot large!) and 2 perfectly poached eggs on crusty toast made for a perfect start to my busy day.

Very tasty and well priced breakfast. Great coffee made just the way I like to start the day. Also have cakes and pastries if you want to get started with a sugar rush for the morning. Will be visiting again to get the day started.

The coffee here is really good. I really appreciate the little discount I get for bringing my keep cup. The other thing I really like is that their “coffee card” rewards after 5 and 10 coffees is actually food items instead of coffee. The best of both worlds! Customer service is generally consistently good too. Keep up the great work guys 😊

Tried vegan cake. Not bad at all. But yes not upto the traditional cake with egg. But not world of difference.

It's a favourite, the staff are really lovely and helpful but you don't feel pressured to make your choice. The food offerings are so tempting, everything neatly laid out and super fresh, the breads are great, always bring some home and the coffee is absolutely perfect. Definitely worth a visit when you're on Willis St

You know your on a winner when there are lots of people coming and going from a place and this has it it in spades. Warm and welcoming with cheery staff. Delicious coffee and delicious food and at reasonable prices too we will be back!

Welcoming staff, excellent hot chocolate - best in Wgtn so far - & fresh rolls to take away. A very nice stopping spot.

Very friendly staff! great bread, pies and coffee plus a very comfortable atmosphere right in the middle of Wellington. One of the few places to get real sourdough bread in good quality - better than most places in Italy and Germany!

Went there for Sunday breakfast before work. Great that it opens at 8am. I had scrambled eggs on toast. Good quantity as it kept me full for most of the day. Nice staff as well.

Came here for a morning coffee - it was packed and very busy. Had to wait about 10mins for my coffee to arrive even though I ordered before some other people. The staff were apologetic, but first impressions was a bit of a let down. Coffee otherwise tasted good.

Descovered this place very resently, though was passing by daily for nearly a year. Usually pretty full, and there is a reason behind it. Light food that they serve is so yummy! Usually we go there for breakfast and/or coffee and some dessert. All breads they bake on-site. Huge variety from simple white loaf to exotic types with fruits, spices etc apart of chiabatta, cookies and little bits and pieces. Good location in the heart of the city. Just advise for those people who don't like strong coffee, please mention it when ordering. They do real double shot coffees. My partner loves those, while I asked for 1/3 strength.

Nice enough spot, but one of my pet peeves is when cafes start packing up and sweeping around your feet well before closing. Stop being lazy and just do it after people leave. So if you come here just make sure you're out a solid 45mins before the advertised closing time.
