Very friendly female employee at the front counter about 6:30pm this evening. Very polite even with how busy it was tonight with first night again of level 2 covid 19 lockdown rules. I really hope she gets pay rise from her manager or at least some bonus money for her incredible way of managing the front store with the amount of customers coming in. She was able to multi task with serving customers, checking orders that are ready to give to customers, being polite, resilient, calm and generally going the extra mile for customers. Definitely needs to be promoted if she hasn't already, I wish I remembered her name I would have noted here at how good of a worker she was. It's rare to see these days people who work in fast food place that care about their job, their hygiene, being motivated etc. Excellent staff worker. Pizza has been great the last few times I've come in here within the last couple months.

We called pizza Hut plenty of time's but they never pick up the call (same happened last week) And when I went into the store there were about 5 staff workers and no costumers but they didn’t take my order for 5 minutes And then I ordered Buffalo Chicken pizza hot and spicy And waited 20 minutes for it And then when I came home and opened the pizza it Turned out to be different pizza and still they are not picking my call I already told them my son is hungry and waiting for pizza.worst service.i really disappointed. Negative stars

I have tried pizzas from many places in Wellington but i would say the customer from pizzahut newtown is the best so far. Food was as good as service too. Would definately visit you guys again

Have previously had good experiences here, they've always been prompt and happily dealt with my drunk friends antics during late night pizza runs. However, last time I was there it took at least 15 mins to get the one pizza I ordered. They seemed a little busy with delivery orders, but I thought this was too long of a wait for a single pizza. The pizza I received was a bit colder and soggier than last time too. At least the staff were apologetic about the wait. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

After not having a Pizza Hut feed for years, we were amazed at the quality and lovely pizza's we had last night. The deep pan bases were fresh and fluffy, and the toppings were generous, and were of the quality and familiar flavours I remembered when Pizza Hut was the best!!!!! Well done guys, I will be back for more soon!!!

Would have given 2 stars if it was just the lady, but her husband (?) 'saved the day' with his friendliness and helpful response. We went during a very quiet lunch time and had ordered online but had been overcharged (coupon was entered but not properly applied at checkout.) The man was helpful to organise the refund. Fast service on making the pizza. Good gluten free crust. Could have done with more sauce on the base though as it was dry.

Never had any issues here - the cheese pizzas are great, the food is quick and so very cheap and the staff are friendly. The door does get stuck a bit and sometimes the "new customers here" bell keeps chiming forever when people stand in the wrong place, but that's never bothered me too much.

I’ve ordered 4 large pizzas and after they have put it in the oven I remembered to check if there is any pork meat included -it’s prohibited in my religion- and they said yes so I had to change it and I insisted to give them the money but they refused after that another customer came by and bought . They are very cooperative staff and their pizza tastes very good. Thanks

Ordered online and was told to pick up at 5:10pm. Arrived to pick up and was told that they forgot to put through a couple of my orders... Had to wait another 20mins. I dont mind the waiting... but it kind of defeats the purpose of calling ahead. As a result, got home with two hot pizzas and the rest were cold🙄

Not as good as the one in Upper Hutt. Theirs have more cheese, more pepperoni and we'll baked base. The good news is yours still better than Pizza Hutt in Porirua. Theirs are terrible. Tks

25 orders on the go when we arrived to get ours and only 3 people working, peak time probably requires more staff. Ordered 2 pizzas, one was superb the other one seemed a little undercooked and could not taste the aioli.

wow! this takes me back to my first year living in Te Awhina flats, every sunday when I would be so hungover I couldn't even see, I would call up and order my self a Hawaiian Pizza. Feeling sorry for myself I would walk back home get in bed and watch Steven Universe! Great show. recommend. Rip into my pizza wow! dough so soft, my angel tears were shed. Very good thank you.

Thank you for your(BIG) delivery to DAKOTA bar Saturday 16th evening. The pizza went down a treat and it was still hot!!! The best way to cater for a crowd!😃😆recommend it. Thanx again. 😊

Not too bad a place. Short stroll from home. Small Pizza Hut outlet with a few seats at a window bar type thing. No actual sit down facilities. As far as I know no toilet facilities accessible or otherwise.

They have vital range of pizza and different kind of base. The problem is that waiting time on weekend but i guess for the good quality of pizza it can't be counted and good hospitality service.:-)

$5 pizza, what do you expect? Good value. Everything has a price point , and it works for where it aims. It's not gourmet . But fills the gap.
