M.Food here is delicious, I always get pita souvlaki and halloumi salad and they are both to point. Family who owns this place is so nice and welcoming and they make me miss Greece so much.

C.Wow. The BEST burger I have ever had (and I've had a lot). Got the chicken halloumi burger which is to die for! Very busy place so it's clearly very popular and totally worth the wait. Super lovely friendly staff. Definitely a place to try. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. This will be my new go to 😀

S.I got the acropolis works burger...best burger I have ever had from a fish and chip shop! Chips were delicious and I didnt feel gross like how you feel after eating most other F&C. Being Greek myself, I will definitely continue to go here.
K.By far the best food I’ve had on my NZ trip. There are some wonderful people here making delicious food.
I carried out the chicken plate, scallops, and a bottle of wine from next door to the beach 5 min away. We were all smiles while eating this amazing food and taking in the scenery.
To the owner - I’ll be sure to continue spreading the word in California about this fantastic little gem of Wellington!

They honestly care for what they do, that's why they do it so well. Good people = Good food! Eateries like Souvlaki (and there are very few of them in Wellington), deserve way more than the allotted five stars.

I'm very happy with my order and their customer service A++ The food arrived so quick for both trips and they're so yummy, my kids're really enjoy with their dinner tonight! This is our first time order and will definately order again :)
B.Best vege burger I have ever had. At first I thought $6, (usually $5) but it's twice the size of an average burger and it has a sauce... Super yum. Manager is pretty cool. I would recommend going out of your way to eat there.
R.This place offers great value fish and chips as well as many other assortments including kebabs chicken and more. The food tastes wonderful and they have the best fish and chips in Wellington from my experience. (I have visited a few dozen fish and chips places from Eastbourne to kapiti). Other than a scoop of chips and a fish, I would recommend their snack box with chicken. Overall the place might look slightly dated and would benefit from a renovation, but aside from that their food is on point and I would recommend to anyone looking for the best fish and chips in Wellington at a good value.

S.This place definitely knows what's up when it comes to making some authentic gyros. I'd definitely recommend getting them "Greek Styles" when ordering because that's the legitimate way they are served all around Greece (with French fries wrapped inside) the prices are a little 'pricey' (having increased since my last visit) but the quality is good.
