Y.For my first time ordering in the restaurant I found the counter staff welcoming and very efficient. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Why wait in a long drive thru queue when the restaurant service was by far quick and easy
K.pick up through the drive through using the app was painless for my brother (59 yrs) who has anxieties. I placed the order and paid online. All he had to do was take my mobile to click READY NOW. Will he do it again. Most definitely
D.I have allergies. The staff went out of their way to check ingredients for me. They were friendly, respectful and helpful.
g.Burger King whakatane I think is a great burger King if you don't mind the wait. It's always super busy there which goes to show they do a good burger

T.Open and good service,has been revamped since last time here.Very spacious and a lot more meal deal options.Has a mini game parlour for kids or the young at heart.

The dining area was nice and clean, tables where clear and clean no rubbish in site.
Toilets appeared to of been cleaned recently.
All in all a very pleasant dining experience, filled my hungry tummy 😋

J.Yay... air conditioning. We went on a very hot day and it was bliss to walk into airconditioning. Just another standard Burger King though, but I must add that the restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff were very attentive.

k.My husband and I found that it was just too noisy, background noise. Was hard to hear staff with loud noise from TV. This is quite common in all fast food places. I have to take my hearing aids out and it's still loud. However, I find the staff fantastic and very helpful

D.Air Conditioning was IMPECCABLE. Was lovely, felt like I was on a European vacation, eating a whopper as an Icelandic breeze swept over my being. It was a delicious feeling, but the food was not. Haha. Just kidding around, the whopper was more than adequate.

D.It's Burger King however I was a little disappointed not to be able to find a clean table and it wasn't that busy but I guess it could have been before we went in. Shame really as first impressions stick

D.Nice and cheap when you want something other than Maccas. I like their specials too. I don't like the icecream. It tastes really watered down and tastless, not very creamy at all. Free wifi.
T.Went to bk yesterday was actually asked if wanted ice or not in my drink. Very satisfied with this service koz I dont like ice in my drinks and the lady who served me was very polite.
H.Not overly thrilled with the experience. The store was dirty and the staff who served seemed grumpy.

K.Place clean. Staff pleasant. Seem to be always training someone new. One visit burgers good and next visit flavour of burger taken over by an excess of mayo. Once staff settle down it should be great. Manager excellent.
