Thanks for wonderful Kai Whakatane KFC and the awesome delivery service being offered during level 3 lockdown. Photo shown is just my meal but overall I order 2 other meals for my Whanau all were packed to how they should be.! I hope this awesome service stays around. Beneficial for our little town 😊

Had a chicken pack with coffee. Sat outside as the atmosphere is definitely abrasive to sociality. Staff wonderful. Chicken really tasty - coffee good too. They are very busy, yet still kept their cool as (large0 order after order was being processed. Premises seemed very clean. Good facilities for degreasing hands.

Chicken is cooked nicely, spicy wings are delicious. The popcorn chicken bun pack wasn't the best, barely any cheese sauce and too much bbq sauce. Ordered x2 gravy no potatoe ( which comes at an extra cost) all for it to be a pile of watery liquid. Won't be coming back for the gravy anytime soon

Drive thru took forever. I also purchased the Ultimate deluxe pack which i upsized to large... The coke was the only large item and no chocolate bar either. How hard is it to get my orders right(yes this has happened before). Always something wrong. Kfc should pay higher wages and offer more incentives to staff so they can do a better job!!!

Tidy, clean, delicious hot fresh food, plenty clean tidy seating. Love that the bins don't have doors you don't have to fight yo get your rubbish into them. Site situated well, don't have to fight with the town traffic and parking. Overall was a great experience.

Wicked wings were very tasty and juicy! Bucket was definitely a bit over fried and dark but it made it extra crunchy and meat was still very juicy. Potato and gravy tasted extra good but chips could have done with a bit more seasoning. Overall super great for how busy it’s been, good job guys!

Best KFC we've had in years, everything was super hot. Staff were great, we were served by a new worker, whose trainer was doing a great job helping them learn while also overseeing our order, both were super friendly.

It was alright, could have been alot better but, different restaurants cook they're food differently, that's why, you could go to one kfc and have juicy delicious chicken and then go to another and have it be all dry and gross. So, this kfc. This a hidden gem

Been twice this week, absolutely loved it. The meals were delicious chicken lovely and tender gravy and col slaw were lovely and fresh. Beautiful cool drinks and smoothies. And beautiful workers. So happy go lucky. Enjoyed every moment. Will return there.

Went through the kfc drive thru around 1.30pm on the way from Gisborne to Auckland 2 days after Xmas. It was busy but customer service was great. Thanks Kfc

This is the fastest KFC service I have ever had in New Zealand. I went to the store around 6pm on 6/Jan Sunday. There were three people before me in the queue. I purchased a bucket meal for takeaway, then they already packed and delivered my meal within 1-2 minutes. The meal was still hot & yummy! I am really amazed!!!

Wife Whiuwhiu and I a bit peckish. Bought a XL BUCKET ate our fill then took the rest to Hamurana on the western shore of Rotorua to our family now living there. Whiuwhiu our child her children Ngamaihi and Mapunarangi and partner Hetaraka. Yes always enjoy KFC when ever and where ever we can either as a twosome or a family of six or more.

Always a good place to get a great meal for the whanau. The staff here are awesome and very pleasing to customers. The one thing that hasn't changed and is quite dissatisfying is the system in which they serve you. I've been there a couple of times just recently to have the line of customers at the entrance, not a good system going. Staff take your order and serve your food as well. Need to do something about that. Mc Donalds have a good serving system, that works well!

Really enjoyed KFC here I don't usually like it because it's usually swimming in oil yuk. However in Whakatane it was delicious. Chicken was so fresh, coating was crispy like it should be potato and gravey lovely fresh and hot my sister had a burger the lettuce was fresh not all wilted and chicken in her burger was also cooked well and very fresh. I really enjoyed it. I wish our KFC in Paraparaumu was like this but sadly no.

Just been down to get me a burger the bun and chicky patty were algud but why is the lettuce never crispy, always sad soggy looking lettuce and you only get a very few strip's stuck under the patty , The renovation's have made the customer area way smaller with them prepaid machine's stuck right there It's so gonna get congested and the car park really needs an upgrade, the drive thru look's good hopefully it all work's well and ya don't get a pile up of car's that'll create madness just to get a feed. Oh and they need to update there web site it still saying they are closed.
