D.Very tasty and large servings. Very happy with the flavours although I like things a bit spicier so asked for more chili with my vindaloo which they promptly bought to the table. A decent selection of wines also. Will be back and can recommend
M.This restaurant simply has the best Indian food in town. Hands down !! We went a couple of weeks ago, the interior of the restaurant has been updated and freshened up since our last visit, looks great. But the food, oh my goodness, it is SO good. Always is. I wanted to leave a review on Facebook but couldn't, and am so glad I have found this so I can. And the reason I found this,..?.. because I wanted to see what the opening hours are during the day to be able to get lunch for myself and friends tomorrow. Highly recommend.
S.The food was really good. I was left satisfied at the end of the meal. The excellent blend of spices mixed, rich and savoury gravies and the flavor of the aloo naan bread will leave you really pleased. Looking forward to stopping by this restaurant again.
M.i enjoyed the butter prawns, fluffy rice and naan bread. papadoms were offered as a compensation for our wait. great food and service.

N.Fantastic items on the menu which include PORK and many other dishes not seen on other "run off the mill" Indian restaurants. Perhaps the ONLY Indian Restaurant in New Zealand serving pork. Pork Vindaloo and the Lamb Vindaloo was SUPERB. Want to try the Chilli Pork next time.
B.As a major fan of indian food, i have visited many Indian restaurants and can now say that the food served at this venue, is by far the nicest, tastiest and most reasonably priced that i have had the pleasure to enjoy. Service was amazing from the most amiable front of house staff member. I am about to book for tonight's evening meal. Highly recommended.

F.Major improvement over the last couple of years the curry's were always standard but now they are amazing definetly up their in terms of taste I'm proud to have witnessed this because this shop means alot to me and they give you 2 rice's for 2 curry's not 1 big rice and I f with that.

C.Good Indian food, had takeaway lamb curry from here which was very nice. Also had chicken curry but the chicken tasted like it had been reheated, but the curry was very nice so still giving it 4 stars. The dine in ambience seems nice when picking up although I have never dined in myself.

T.Lovely food and very nice staff. Family favourites butter chicken for the children and tikka masala for the adults, enjoyed with garlic butter naan. Our family has tried all the $15.50 dishes and those above were the faves for our family. Opening hours are great to and catered to our late afternoon dinner decisions.

I rang to query as thought we had been given the wrong dish but they confirmed that the jalfrezi was always sold full of carrot. Really disappointed with their response and the dish itself. Would definitely recommend the malai kofta and naan bread but not the jalfrezi.

This restaurant pleases many of us locally. Sure nobody is not perfect always but this restaurant is not deserving of those words and should be ignored. Keep up the good work Kope Indian, your food is delightful.

i.This is the best Indian food I've had for while and I'm from Auckland..had chicken buriany and lamb roganjosh and the lamb melt in your mouth.. very tender. Will be definitely visiting you my next visit. Thanks for the awesome dinner guys..

If you are looking for a truly satisfying and flavoursome meal, you cannot go past Kope Indian Restaurant. Your hosts Joshi and Raam will ensure your visit is a very memorable one. Just this evening, I saw a family come in to celebrate a child's 10th birthday. The 10 year old had chosen this as his preferred restaurant for the family. No doubts about it, this restaurant is awesome, comfortable, warm, friendly and value for money.

The friends I had with me were down from Warkworth, they were impressed no only with the flavour but also the quantity & quality of the meat - the three young fellas had a real feed.
