A.This is how food should be.
Fish was super moist yet crunchy and soft. (Kumara) chips were fluffy and incredibly crispy. The egg was a nice addition to the dish. Everything here is great value, definitely coming back soon!

B.It's hard to find good fish and chips these days so I'm really glad we tried this place. The fish is lovely and fresh, the batter is clean and crispy and good portion sizes. The staff we also very friendly. Would definitely come back here!
T.I just paid $9 for about 15kg of chips and 47 potato scallops.
Fed the myself, my family, the ducks outside my house, my neighbour's fat mooch of a kid and still had enough left to factor as an asset in my divorce settlement with the ex-wife.
I was probably a $5 spend away from curing world hunger.
These guys must be operating below cost.
Also the food tasted great.

B.Ordered Snapper & Chips. On Friday evening. Really fast & friendly service. Snapper was great, really fresh and lightly battered. Chips nice. Best Fish n Chips I've had in ages. Thoroughly recommend this shop.

I'm a regular to Whangarei township, heading up from Kaiwaka. Only in Kensington today, by chance! I am going to travel, that bit further, for a deliciously fresh battered fish, more often! Cheers ladies, you girls rock!!!
T.Best choice of fish in whangarei. Brilliant fried and chips are delicious. My favourite is bluenose😁.
