Popular store. Alas today was very busy and our order was messed up (delayed), due to staff member taking name down wrong even though it was given 3 times..... resulting in wrong name being displayed ........ Very frustrating delay..... Pizzas we're ok.

While I love their pizza, nothing wrong with it at all, the last two times I've been in, the staff were grunting at each other, fussing about who's answering the phone n who's serving, then having a sulk when they do it. Not very professional, not a nice atmosphere. Plus there's always sauce splashed on the glass and have seen some staff not wearing gloves lol. And it's often never on time.. Even when ordered earlier that day, But other than that. Foods good

Pizzas cooked beautiful very fast with your order staff smiling and friendly my only complaint was staff were all wearing masks which was good but some wore them around their neck some under their nose they continually touched them pulling them up and down some were cloth and some disposable most were in contact with the food even if they only touched the boxes please train,staff for correct way of using masks

The Cheesey Garlic Scrolls were to-die-for!! Being waiting to buy more since the first time we had them :-) Unfortunately this time around we all agreed that all 3 pizzas were quite bland as there was very little of the sauce on any, just a dribble around them - eg the Apricot Chicken had no apricoty taste to it. The service was fast, even though they were extremely busy.

Two orders in a row took 10-15min longer. I picked up on time and had to wait for them to add the dessert (first time) and then the garlic bread. The pizzas themselves were always finished on time.

Massive compliment for Tarsha who served me tonight knowing my order and name it was under. I’d had a stressful day and had just got back from AKL when we placed the order Online for our pizzas at the back in the parking lot (by my teenage son while I was tending to my screaming hungry newborn) We ended up going home first to change baby’s nappy so I didn’t pick the pizzas up after sometime (approx 30-45mins) So to my surprise when I arrived for pick up she knew just which order was mine as I didn’t ( my teenage son placed the order) The only bumma was the store does not do payWave and I had rushed out of the house without my cards. Which I had to drive all the way home to get. It was a relief I was served by someone who went the extra mile with a smile on her dial. She even offered to remake the pizzas for us which I wanted to take but couldn’t as baby was home with older brother and I knew he was grizzly after todays adventure. Thank you so much Tarsha for the offer and just providing such great customer care and service. it made my day just that tad better knowing there are wonderful people out there. No doubt my teenage son & I will be ordering from the store again 😊 I hope your boss reads this and award you for the job well done! - Runa Yomotsuki (Sons online name)
