R.They looked after our Mum but they also looked after us. It is scary having to place a elderly relative in care but she was warm and safe and staff were kind, the food was plentiful and the place was really clean. I have a lot of thanks for the staff and management team.
O.My mum currently living there. The layout is user friendly with nice rooms looking out onto their own private patch of garden. Most of the staff are great and treat mum with respect. Meals are not always to her liking although she is putting on weight! They come up with new initiatives with which to keep the residents busy and happy. Of course it is impossible for each activity to appeal to them all.
R.My mum been well look after, staff and residents are friendly. Strong recommend.
