Reviews of Rose Court - Alden Ultimate Care Home & Village
V. F.My father was cared for at Rose Court during his terminal illness to which he eventually succumbed to last week.
I was told by this by a family member as I currently live in Melbourne and because of the corona virus, travel restrictions have prevented me from attending his funeral.
But she said that when he passed away, the funeral directors arrived to take him away and prepare him for the last part of his journey.
And when they wheeled him out of his room, all the staff and doctors etc had lined up along the hallway in a 'guard of honour' fashion to pay their final farewell wishes to him as he left.
It was a truly touching story and one that reminded me once again of the wonderful work that places like this perform for our loved one's, even when we ourselves are not able to.
To all the staff and doctors who work at Ultimate Care Rose Court, I thank you most deeply. I hope you know that what you do is truly appreciated and that words can never be enough.
