Today I emptied a Villa. The resident had had 5 happy years there and was sorry health issues had necessitated a shift to a Resthome. The 2 bedroom Villa had plenty of room to make it a comfortable home. The wardrobes are large and a linen cupboard beside the hot water cylinder provides extra storage. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and room for a dishwasher. A heatpump provides heating and there is underfloor heating in the shower room if you want to turn it on. There is garden area front and back or pots can be placed on stones. A paved square under a pergola at the back door provides an outdoor area. Some Villas have a conservatory attached. Maintenance and lawnmowing is provided by the Management. Social events happen in the Community Centre.

Visited the units beautiful comfortable meets all the needs required. Walked through the new rest home area spacious well designed rooms fabulous set up of areas. Great friendly staff
