V.This is a lovely Retirement Village. The villas are set out nicely to give privacy with nice gardens all around. The interiors of the villas are well planned and spacious and there is lots of storage space. It has a nice country feel about it.

D. C.We live here. It has lots of benefits but also a few set backs. The village is run by a private group who do a pretty good job. There is a good sized community room, good swimming pool and spa, pool table, dart board, small gym, library and small bar in community room. The homes vary from small 2 bedrooms to 3/4 bedrooms. All have gardens which you can care for yourself or leave it to gardeners. A monthly fee is charged to cover this and other benefits. One of the reasons we chose to move here is that the monthly fee remains the same and fees do not go up whilst you live there. One of the drawbacks in Geraldine itself is that there is no public transport.
J. J.Very nice surroundings. Locely new homes but very close together. I have friends there who are not happy with condensation, and need more effective heating.
D. S.Visiting relatives. Seems peaceful & staff there but not making themselves obvious. If you are there for the first time suggest you get a map & ask where friends are. Reception have these for free, most people I have met there are happy with the enviroment
